They took the time to show me the support frame under the floor and explain why it wasn't level, and what they could do to level it as much as possible. I had hired Pro Handyman Service to address the floor only, but after they were finished and placed everything back the way it was, Denis asked to see a wash cycle on the washing machine to see if the floor fixed the machine as well - it worked great, no more intense shaking! He quickly completed the initial task (trimming some plywood and fitting a dishwasher), but also noticed and fixed a dishwasher installation issue that another company had messed up. When he investigated some water damage on floor tiles that I was worried about, he discovered it was much more extensive than I expected, affecting not just the floor tiles but the drywall as well. Egor explained everything to me clearly and showed me exactly what the issues were and the solutions for them. He had all the right equipment and expertise to handle it properly, from moisture assessment to restoration work and mold prevention. He put in a lot of work to track down matching floor tiles that were no longer available (originally bought almost 10 years ago). He got my mirror and votive holder mounted securely which made me very comfortable because they're heavy pieces. Property Damage: During the relocation of garage items, my refrigerator was moved. It ceased functioning immediately following the move. A certified technician inspected the unit and provided a written assessment stating the failure was due to damage sustained during transportation. IT IS POSSIBLE that it could have been pure coincidence. I did not file a claim or state I wanted money for the fridge. Financials: Zilvanis requested an interim payment of $150 for labor already performed. I paid this amount, even though the contract designated the final $300 to be paid only after a successful final walkthrough.   Project Termination: When I shared the technician's findings regarding the refrigerator, the contractor denied responsibility and immediately cancelled all remaining work.
