Highly recommended. We needed items to get two motorcycles road ready again after sitting for 2 years. When I tell you this place is a one stop shop it really is. You can buy a a motorcycle, dirt bike, 4 wheeler etc and then get all the gear plus parts in one check out. We were able to find all the oils and coolant we needed right on the shelf. The batteries and parts are behind the counter. But all the staff members here are amazing. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Also knowledgeable. The battery took about 30 mins to fill they come dry. We could do it ourselves but left that to the experts. We took it home to charge before placing it in the bike. Great experience definitely will return again with all our motorcycle needs. read more

What happened to this place ? Service dept was so much better before new ownership came in and now service rates are higher and customer almost non existent. I called service dept three times in three different occasions and no picked up and got a voice mail lm and no one called me back, I called again and Parts department answered right away and apologized and told me they had a lady working in service dept to answer calls but there was no other person there. Told him I wanted to set an appointment for Herm to work on my Goldwing, he said will have service call back me and that never happend. Very disappointed. The service center is very well run by Cord the service Manager. I was shopping around for a valve job and one place said $800, Ride now Quoted $845.00 plus parts ! I called and some tech quoted a price way lower. So I came in to confirm spoke with Cord and the price was not that low but much lower than the other 2 . So I brought my bike in the next day. She sounds great now. While it was in the shop I decided to get a new rear tire for my up coming track day. They did not have a RS11 or a Q5 in stock. Cord said if i bring in a new tire they will mount it for a set low price again.I picked up my bike on a trailer today and heading to Laguna Seca this weekend. Overall excellent experience purchasing a 2024 Honda NC750X DCT from Dan and Beau over St. Patrick's Day Weekend. Working with Matt and Daymian in the Parts Dept. has also been a very positive experience (just be sure to make your purchases within 30 days of buying your bike to receive discounted pricing). Only complaint is with Kennedy in the Service Dept. who failed to honor her OTD quote on the initial 600-mile service appointment. In the future, I'll probably patronize other Honda dealerships who do honor their service quotes. read more

The ownership/management is absolutely horrible. They have no idea what customer service is. I bought 2 sea doos from them and one broke after less the 5hrs. When i brought it to them they said that we caused it and would only cover what polaris gave them credit for. I asked several times for them to cover the cost and do the right thing. I had to come out of pocket over another $600. Then they got very rude and one of there technicians come out of garage and got in my face and yelled at me and looked like he was going punch me. The Service manager didnt say anything and just stood there. Then on top of it the sea doo was now 5-7 MPH slower. I had to take to a different dealership to install the parts correctly. Stay as far away as possible from this co. They have no idea how to take care of customers and have the worst customer service i have ever encountered read more

E-mail them received one e-mail back week later saying they would rather talk on the phone.Called three time left my number with a salesman, then again 2 days later after no response then again 3 days after that one still nothing so I decided to drive down from Rancho Cucamonga the salesman refused to give my offer which was only 800.00 off the price.. he refused to let me talk to management and I was offering cash.. They can keep the used Vulcan I was never invited to sit down your salesman just said NO and refused to take the offer to anyone And the text he said to call which I did three times with no return phone call So who's really lying.. I been calling around for over a month looking for a Grom talked to someone here at Escondido Cycle Center I was told they can take my name down and as they come in they will call I asked them if they had a mark up there answer was no not at all I finally got a call I came down to look at it and to make the purchase I was told it was $1300 mark up..... That's a 39% mark up what's is wrong with these people honesty. I work at a car dealership and have no mark up at all I purchased a Harley Davidson with no mark up on a 30k Road Glide.
