    Let me start off by saying that I have purchased motorcycles from RideNow SoCal and have had my bikes serviced at RideNow. The service department are absolutely the top notch! Jocelyn Mackey has been my service advisor for a while now. Whether it be with my 2017 CanAm RTS or my 2017 Kawasaki Vaquero, she knows her stuff!! She reassures me of the status of my bikes. She lets me know if they find anything wrong and goes above and beyond with the service and repair of my bikes. Of course, I have to also give credit to her A-List squad of techs: like Ian!! Ian provided expert service for my 2017 Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero. Thank you, Ian, for taking care of my baby!! Of course I have to also give a shout out to Shaun Brienza, the Service Manager. Thank you for keeping your team together.

    Great place to go for all Motorsports. We bought a SeaDoo and are very happy with the purchase and customer service the whole team provided. The sales team, Logan and Oscar, are very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had, with no pressure to buy. Also, Brad, the parts manager went above and beyond to take care of use. Overall, a great experience and will definitely return here for future purchases, eventhough we live over an hour away.

    Myself & family have bought two motorcycles from ride now, pricing is a little daunting with fees and etc, but if you want cheap go get a bus pass. Definitely recommend them, staff is super helpful & friendly.

    In March 2025, I took my 2008 Vespa 150 LX to Tavo. The unit had been sitting for a couple of…read moreyears and as a result, the Scooter would not idle or run correctly. I dropped it off and asked for the repairs to be made. I was contacted and told that the brake system had milky fluid and needed to be flushed and some components replaced. I granted permission to make any repairs to get the bike running safely and correctly. I was told that the carburetor was cleaned and the unit now ran as expected. I picked up the scooter. Three or four days after I picked it up I tried to take it for a ride and it wouldn't go faster than 10 to 15 miles an hour down the street. Although it idled well, it did not function as expected. I spent over $530 for the brakes and carburetor work. I then recently took the scooter to Scooter West in San Diego to have the carburetor looked at, as they specialize in Vespa. They rebuilt the carburetor and gave me new tires, a spare key, and fixed a blinker issue for $700. On the invoice, they stated the following: Removed carburetor and inspected. choke and heater wires were not routed correctly throttle cable was not installed correctly. CV slide was pinched in the cap Main jet was partially clogged. I believe Tavo May be very knowledgeable when it comes to motorcycles, but for my Vespa scooter, I was not happy with the service I received

I dropped the…read morecar off January 5th & he assured me it would be done by my niece's birthday on the third week of February. The insurance was covering all the work so money was not an issue. The SxS was not completed until September 5th; anyone struggling with math, that's 8 months! The SxS was left outside, in the middle of rain storms and summer sun all those months. I asked why he did that and he told me he didn't have a tarp. The car was left outside for 6 months. My seat belts are completely faded and rusted. Underneath the SxS had to be sprayed with rust oleum to cover all of the rust. The lights are all faded purple from the sun. Had to pull the roof off and redo it cause it rattled louder then the noise from the motor. If you want to be lied to and have all your stuff left outside this is the guy for you. I would advise buying a tarp & a can of Rustoleum if your gonna go here.

The shop isn't set to handle a repair on a vehicle this advanced but that was not made apparent at the time. With the can-am torn apart and left outside for months uncovered it was sun faded and rusted. No communication or timeline when it was to be done. Just a blunt response of I'm working on it and I'm busy. Don't spend the time.
