My old practice was a single dentist, a few dental assistants and a receptionist. You spend your entire visit with the dentist and he provides you an honest summary of your visit. The total visit is under a half hour. Biltmore Commons has 6 Dentists and at least that many dental hygienist and more dental assistants and receptionists. You spend the majority of your visit with your hygienist and about 2 minutes with the dentist. Because there is so much overhead you get a Spirit Airlines experience where you are constantly getting upsold nonsense. The hygienists are more like used car salesmen than people who clean your teeth. I have been to this place twice and they have tried selling me laser treatment ($100) night guards ($800), Invisilign, a Waterpick ($120), an additional cleaning, and they were going to try to sell me an electric toothbrush if I didn't already have one. The hygienists don't give up the entire visit until you say yes to something. The dentist never says you need any of these things. I never went through with any of these scams. And I will not be going to Biltmore Commons ever again. My first visit was 2 hours (with x-rays) and my second was almost an hour (without x-rays). I have a life and my time is not valued. My recommendation is to find a dentist with less overhead where they can pay for their practice with just regular dental work and not ancillary products.

Literally- expert gentle hands guiding the anesthetic to get the nerves numbed and then getting the procedure over with quickly and most importantly, painlessly! While I was there, she also did a beautiful job fixing a chip in my front tooth. Dr. Sadre is absolutely the best dentist you will find. One more thing, they offer sedation dentistry, which my son-in-law chose when he had some work done. He's a big fan, as well.

The dental hygienist and front desk worker reassured her that what was being done would be covered. Then they tried to bill her over $300 for services. The front desk worker called regarding the payment to which my wife said she didn't feel comfortable paying for services that were declined and agreed upon. The worker said she'd speak with the dentist. Days later she received a voicemail from the front desk lady admitting to it being her fault for not checking what was covered. Days later the office sent a break up letter saying how it's best for both the office and my wife to not continue their patient practice relationship. Not our fault your worker relayed incorrect information and were trying to charge more then was agreed. Otherwise the cleaning was through.

So it's been some years since I've been. Need to get some work done, I caught cavities in my remaining wisdom teeth. I recommend to come here from there sister branch in Avondale. Had a booked appointment with Dr.Dhillion. The here was very friendly and thorough, they even found an extra wisdom tooth hiding. The dental hygienist was very open with instructions and if I had concerns. Dr Dhillion was caring and RIDICULOUS fast and efficient. I almost felt bad for worrying. After the "exam", they told me they could not get an insurance estimate because is the only "dentist" in their office is not licensed or documented to practice dentistry! The office staff was rude to me as they constantly and loudly play around with each other. I arrived 5 minutes early, but they made me wait 45 minutes. When leaving, I asked why they don't reveal that they do not have a licensed dentist, and they exclaimed, "well you're here on a free consultation!" I suppose they think that makes it OK to run a "dental office" in a totally unprofessional manner. Then, I kept getting numerous texts and AI bot calls to get me to come in again. I blocked every number, but they always use new different numbers to get past blocks. I called the office to get off the "lists", but they said that they cannot do that! I ended up going to Aria and Dental Hearts, and they are excellent and even cheaper!
