PODS delivered the container on the day promised, but never rang the bell or knocked on the door…read more(we were home, but did not hear them) and they dropped the container in a spot clearly convenient for them, but not for us (at the end of the driveway by the road), but my main complaint is that when they came to pick it up (didn't let us know they were coming, otherwise we would have been there), they dragged the unit across my lawn and left deep troughs from the skids - this just happens to be a spot that has taken four years to get grass growing and this summer it finally looked good - now I'll have to fix it. I'm assuming I'll have to do the repairs, because you cannot get through to them at all on the phone and even their chat feature is unmanned. this is for the Guilderland NY location

PODS accepted our move, then said They Couldn't Deliver to our Destination. We contracted with PODS…read moreto move from Maryland to New York and store our belongings in the interim. Our contract identified our destination as the Queensbury/Glens Falls, NY area. We have been paying storage fees since February. Two and a half weeks ago, we provided the address of our new home in Queensbury and requested delivery. We were then informed that PODS had moved our three containers to a facility that does not serve our destination and that we could drive an hour to pick up our belongings ourselves. Since then, we have repeatedly asked PODS for its plan to deliver our containers to the destination specified in our contract. Instead, we have been passed from supervisor to supervisor without a resolution or a delivery plan. We are simply asking PODS to fulfill the delivery it agreed to when we entered into our contract.
