I enjoyed my experience with her and my hair looks fabulous. I had previously DIY box-dyed my hair from blonde to a dark brown, which washed out within a month or so, and she brought me back to the dark that I really wanted. I also did a split-end treatment that left my hair looking silky smooth. My previous stylist had also cut my hair a little funky, but Natalie fixed the choppiness and now it looks perfect.
