These guys are great! I contacted them about getting a smog check and was told I could come right in. In the few minutes I was there, one guy came in requesting an oil change--they started on it immediately; Another guy came in because his car was having trouble starting--instead of just making the money by doing the diagnostic work, Gustavo told the car owner he should contact the dealer and get it paid for through his warranty; and I had a very pleasant conversation with one of Gustavo's daughters. And I was only there for about 20 minutes! This organization is just what it appears to be--a family-owned, HONEST business. They were even one of the very least expensive places I checked into. I went here because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I needed a smog done and brakes checked. When I called to make an appointment I was told the mechanic would call me soon, Gustavo called within 30 minutes. When they checked out my brakes, they said it was down, but not enough to need new rotors. They could have easily told me I needed more and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they saved me a lot of money. Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust, i am just lucky enough to find him on the first try. Everyone there was very friendly and I will definitely take all my business there. read more

I would give this place 10 stars if possible. Every time I've gone in Gustavo and his brother Jose are very nice and straightforward. I had a hard time smoging my Mitsubishi and I talked to Gustavo and he told me what was wrong with it and called a muffler shop and got me taken care of. I came back a couple weeks later and he smoged it. I would send anyone here because they are such a nice family owned business that really wants to take care of their customers for the long haul. I was looking for a great honest mechanic for my Infiniti Q45 I had just bought used. I went to Espinoza Auto Experts and asked about getting it smogged and a complete detail of what work needed to be done to the car. After the car failed the test Gustavo gave me a detailed overview of what was wrong with the car. Gustavo and his brother where able to get the work done that was needed to get my Infiniti to pass smog. I had them do a complete tune up and other maintenance and ever since I've been taking both my Infiniti Q45 and my Toyota to the shop for any maintenance needed. They work on all cars, Infiniti's and Nissian's are their specialties. read more

I gave them two stars because they where prompt and kind, but they miss diagnosed my car. The younger guy test drove my car and said it was the wheel bearing. Got the wheel bearing put on my car and my car was still making the same noise. The older brother drove my car and said it was my front tires, I took that lost but won't take my car back there. read more

Called to see if they had any availability to check on our car since the A/C stopped working, they were able to get me in same day and fixed the A/C. Being 9 months pregnant and having them fix the A/C within less than an hour made me sooooo happy! Definitely recommend this location, very friendly, great environment. My car broke down and I went here and Gustavo (owner) squeezed me in when they were busy just to get me going on my way. I had bugged him with a billion questions about the car and he answered everything. I asked him about the coupon on here and he said don't worry and gave it to me on the spot without having to buy it! I will definitely be returning here. They were extremely helpful and did a marvelous job on my car. He also told me how it was and didn't beat around the bush and that's what you need in a mechanic. I had a crappy car that I had had for a few years. It was just wearing out. It had all kinds of problems. This dealership was super nice and super courteous. They fixed my car at least twice when it was in dire need of fixing. Their prices are totally fair and they do great work. My piece of crap car has transmission problems now from another shop I had "fix" my transmission like 3 years ago. I wish I would have known about Espinoza back then (although I dont know if they do transmissions.) Just bought a new car off the lot today. I'm a single woman with no experience in where to go,or what to do when your car breaks down, but after reading MANY positive Yelp reviews I tried Espinosa's and I'm so very happy I did! Very sad. After reading all these positive rave reviews, I called them last week Friday at 2:30pm to see if they could take me for a smog check that afternoon. He said he couldn't, he had to go pick up his kids. Fine. I asked if I could make an appointment today, Monday at 1pm. He said "sure!" So I went in at 1, and said I was there for my 1pm appointment for a smog check. The guy at the counter said his brother wasn't in, so no smog check could be done today. What?? Even after setting up and confirming the appointment???? Not cool. I wasted my time for nothing. read more

Gustavo has been maintaining my 2007 Infiniti G35 for the past couple of years. He was a Master Technician for Infiniti in the past, so he specializes in Infiniti/Nissan, but he works on all makes. From the very first time I met him, he's been very friendly, straight-forward and honest about what my car needs and how I should maintain it. It's a bit out of the way for me to get serviced there, but it's well worth the drive. I feel that I'm getting superior work and better prices than the dealer. Most recently, my car was up for the DMV Smog for the first time. I took it to a local cheapo place and somehow it failed. After speaking with Gustavo a bit he thought that it was more likely their equipment than my car, and he retested and I passed easily with zeros across the board in all the emissions categories. I took my car to Espinoza Auto Experts for an oil change. The price was great and the service was outstanding. I was impressed when the price came in lower than the quote I received. The owner was very straight forward and honest with me and with all the customers he was helping while I was waiting. By the way, the waiting room was very comfortable. It was so much better then most waiting rooms you find at Auto Shops. The owner is a Master Mechanic which really reassures me that he knows what he is doing with our car. He keeps great electronic records on his computer so I will always know what work was done and when. The oil change prices are ridiculously high & I don't understand why. My car actually drives worse than it did prior to my oil change & I'll be taking it to elsewhere this week to have it looked at. For half the price paid for an oil change at this place you can get a much better and more efficient one at Midas or Oil Can Henrys. Espinoza also charge $10 extra for a tire rotation- which is usually included in the $30.00 oil changes at Midas (Find a coupon, they're usually abundant in the newspaper). I don't recommend this place to anyone mostly because their estimates are way too high and the service is mediocre. read more
