There's tons of different food truck option, good vibes, and lots of tasty finds. Favorites for me were the fried rice bowls from Rice Yo Way (that garlic sauce is fire - so good. Get extra!). The Filipino food bowls from MK Kitchen was really good, too... tasted just like a home cooked meal. And, the absolute standout was the juicy, flavorful steak from Arayaki Hibachi. Oh, and there were a few funnel cake trucks, so I don't remember which one I got funnel cake from, but it was absolutely delicious. Only miss of the night was Raf's Shawarma -- waited almost an hour, and the meat was dry, overcooked and disappointing. The baklava was a soggy mess. And, that sponge cake thing tasted like it was growing mold. They even forgot parts of our order. The garlic sauce and salad thing was good, but never again. We learned our lesson. The wait was so long it just ruined the whole night. So, I'm gonna say skip that one and go to El Basha instead, cuz I still love Mediterranean food. Each time I've been there, there's been a different mix of trucks. So, that adds to the excitement. Can't wait to go back and eat my way through more trucks! Mahalo nui.

Usually about 5 out of 10 vendors are Mexican food, and an occasional sushi truck or BBQ. Would be nice to have some other options come out for this area. It is small so I get it, there may not be enough room, but the crowds are pretty big and consistent for a Saturday night.

Decided to stop by one night after seeing them in the corner in lake Elsinore…read more Didn't look at the reviews before stopping and I probably should have. I bought three tacos. Total was 9 dollars plus a dollar to use your credit card or ATM card. Service took a little long to get three tacos especially if the meat was already prepped. There was only one other person in front of us that ordered. I bought an asada and two pastor tacos. They are small street style tacos. I wanted Buche but they were out of that meat. The asada was made with diesmillo and not ranchera cuts of beef. It was thick and tough most likely from overcooking or recooking previously prepped meat. The flavors was just ok and probably needs more marinating. The pastor is the ground chopped up style meat you find at Cardenas and not cut from a turntable style roasted pork. The flavor wasn't the best but it's still edible if you're hungry. I really wouldn't pay $9-10 for these tacos. $1.50 would have been better and more accurate for them. Definitely won't be returning unfortunately. I had high hopes due to lake Elsinore lacking really good Mexican style food. But even then there are still better options for tacos in that price range.

Her helper asked for me to help him make the food and serve my guest because his "boss" asked him too ! He was very nice and honest to let me know he did not feel comfortable even turning on the grill . after listening to the phone call the older lady had with the boss "her niece" in were the young lady on the phone begged her to stay and work because she was going to loose money ! Not knowing I speak perfect Spanish I proceeded to have the young gentleman take the lady home . 8pm 2 young ladies arrived and got to work right away by this time of course half of the guest had left . However the few that were left mentioned the food was very good, presentation was not good at all especially for a catering service and a few guest mentioned how the young ladies shouldn't work with food in crop tops. I understand emergencies happen and no one expects to get sick . But as a business there should always be a back up plan ! I truly hope this was a learning experience for the business owner . Also hope the older lady is doing well .
