It could use a different business name or something. I posted the screenshot below. 1. The machine is having board issue due to you bypass the safety check on the machine without permission. And you broke the machine, now it is not only could not spin dry, but also could not wash. The machine is totally damaged at this point due to your work. 2. For the first visit, you did not provide the estimate 30 mins before the appointment. The fact is that we waited 1 and half an hour since the appointment time. And get no calls or messages. Then WE called your office, then find out he could not attend the appointment due to the previous work was stilling on going. Then we rescheduled the second appointment. So there is 30 mins before notice or anything for the first visit. For the second one and third one, WE called 30 mins before the appointment to make sure, since we did not get any calls.
