After my appointment, I went back and read the negative reviews, and honestly, those matched my experience much more closely. The first red flag was that I walked in to ask about pricing, then left to think about it, and one of the employees actually came out into the parking lot to convince me to come back. That immediately felt off. The second red flag was that I asked for almond-shaped acrylics, and the technician immediately started putting tips on without ever asking what length I wanted. He just assumed I wanted them short. By that point I was already committed, so I just went with it. As the service went on, I also noticed the salon wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were leftover decorations up and everything was just dirty and had stains on it, and debris around the work area, and it just didn't give me a great feeling. To be fair, the pedicure came out really nice. They opened what appeared to be a sealed pack of sanitized tools, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with how my toes turned out. The acrylic nails, though, were another story. The technician left noticeable gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles, as well as along the sides of my nails. They're also extremely thick. My boyfriend, who normally doesn't notice nails at all, actually asked if they were press-ons because they looked so bulky and fake. It's only been about a week, and because of the large gap near the cuticle, they already look like they've grown out for several weeks. I know sometimes a last-minute appointment is all you can get, and that's why I stayed. But if I could do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

Yesterday I called to check how much they charge for a child who is 8 years old pedicure the owner answered and told me $10 so me and my granddaughter went to have our pedicure.. they treated her with neglect ,, LINDA started putting the nail polish WITHOUT trimming the nails or even washing the feet when I asked her about it she replied in a very RUDE way you want to pay $10 you wash her feet and trim her nails before you come here I will NEVER go back there, I will tell all my neighbors who I originally recommended them to help their business as they were suffering based on the new owner statement.

These are the only reason they got two stars. Otherwise, it would have been less. I called requesting a full set pink & white acrylic. I have been giving my nails a break and haven't had them done since January. There was only a light polish on my nails. My natural nails are a medium length and strong. They just have a lot of ridges. The nail tech, Rose, asked if I was ok with her doing the acrylic directly on my nail, no tips, to smooth them and make them "more natural". This was fine with me as long as it was the pink and white full set I requested. Rose applied the acrylic. When I asked if she was going to use the white acrylic next she replied, "No, I paint". This is not the service I came in for. I did express this to Rose. She said it was fine. She would paint and use gel. Again, this is not what I came in for, but what choice do I have now? Ultimately, I paid $56 for a service I did not request and will still need to go home and clean them up. Picture of what I left with included. Bottom line, when a paying customer requests a service, and you start providing the service, it is unprofessional and impolite to later tell them you won't provide it.

When you walk in, you're welcomed by a cozy, modern minimalist interior. They are very clean and hygienic too. Sharlene greeted me and checked me in as I walked in, which was nice because she also did my pedicure. She was very sweet and patient with me since I had a few requests during my pedicure. She was also gentle and did a great job! I booked my GelX manicure with Tyson since I noticed he did a lot of the nail art on their social media. Let's just say he NAILed my inspo (pun intended). I am so happy with how it turned out. He was also patient with me since I had to pause mid artwork to use the bathroom (& yes I did use the bathroom the moment I arrived too). I appreciated that he would ask for my opinions on the artwork because I opted for gold detailing compared to my inspo pic. I had a great experience and I look forward to coming back for future nail appointments!
