I've been coming to Herbal Nails and Spa for a while now and consistently have a great experience, especially with Lynn. She's been doing my nails regularly and is always super kind, professional, and genuinely pleasant to spend time with. I usually get gel builder, and Lynn is incredibly meticulous about shaping, balance, and getting the color perfectly clean and even. She's also helped me with fun styles like cat eye and chrome, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks just right. Edit: The Customer Service Rep called me to discuss my review. He ended up giving me a partial refund because of the issue. He aplogies for the misunderstanding. He asked me if it was the money or service I was upset about. I told him that I was upset at the service. I know the price and understood it was a service. I did let him know that I would still be going to visit my nail lady because I do love her work. So long as she is there I will continue to visit the location. I wish I had read the reviews from the person with her daughter. I went here because my nail lady started working here. I have followed her for over 10 years because she does the best pedicures! I took my daughter here to get her nails done for her Bday and promotions, she is 14. I called in to see if they could take her in at athe same time of my appointment for a full set of acrylic nails. They said yes to bring her. I arrived and reminded them it was for acrylic. I told the nail technician the same thing. She told him the same thing, I hear as she was near my seat and I even went over to see what design she had showed him. Somehow the guy that did her nails did Gel X nails. We did not ask for Gel X as we have that at home and can do that ourselves. Not sure it's was a language barrier but they did Gel x!!! My daughter said she didn't want me to cause a scene in the salon. She is also quite and shy so it doesn't surprise me that she didn't mention. So what I called I was very upset as they charged me $70 for her nails. They ask me why didn't my daughter say anything which I replied, She shouldn't have and it doesn't matter because I paid for the service and I had explicitly told them three times what we wanted, my daughter did too. At the end they did offer to take them off and put acrylic which I said absolutely not because they are fresh but of nails and if we do that it will ruin her nail bed. I did ask for my money back they said the owner would call me back I was adamant to get a response and then there because they had supposedly already alert at the owner. At the end they hung up on me I called back I thought it was a mistake turns out that they are blocking me according to the message from the salon. I am upset and I am expecting a call from the owner as per our conversation before they hung up on me. Very bad customer service and very bad attitude from some of these people. I love my nail lady, she apologized to me on a separate text and I apologize to her because I am upset, but I am so very upset at the salon not her. Emily did my pedicure, and she was so gentle, thorough, and made the whole experience really relaxing. My feet felt incredible afterward! I made an appointment for my mom, sister, and me to get pedicures (and a manicure for myself). The nail techs -- Van, Michelle, Emily, and Holly -- were absolutely wonderful! However, the cashier experience was very disappointing. It was my family's first time here, and I was told over the phone that new customers receive 20% off. When paying, the cashier (a younger girl) insisted we redo everything into separate transactions and kept changing how the discount was applied. The checkout process was confusing, frustrating, and took far longer than it should have. Also, please note, it isn't 20% your entire bill for new customers, but only one service- the one that is priced higher. Took like 30 min to check out! Loved the nail techs, but sadly the front desk experience left a bad impression. read more

The prices are pretty high compared to other nearby salons, but they offer a lot of services and it depends what you're looking for. I prefer going elsewhere for my pedicure services, but for acrylic nails and custom designs I like to go here they do a great job and can literally do anything you show them a picture of. I was able to get an appointment easily. I just called and was good to go! The parking here is terrible. Tony parking lot that is shared with The Stater Brother's and a few other businesses. They need more parking. I had to drive around circling for a while before I found a spot. I got the Dip powder nails on my hands and the Deluxe pedicure with gel polish on my feet. Tim did my hands. For my hands, I wanted black. They don't have black dip powder. Okay, that sucks. I also wanted a design. They couldn't do a design with dip powder and said they would need gel on top. Not what I wanted. I asked for an almond shape and was told my nails were too short for that. Alright, I guess. It was weird. I felt like everything I asked for they couldn't do lol I ended up going with solid red dip powder and no design. They came out fine. Just not what I wanted to be honest. They gave me a Godoy pedicure. I liked my lady. She was very nice. I think her name was Sen. she did such a great job. Was very friendly and did what I asked. 10/10 for Sen. I disappointed so much with all service I got. I called and checked with them about the estimated price beforehand so that I can get my request right away on time. First, they did not give you the exact price with your overall design while on call. All they said was only we don't know, you can come to the salon and check it. For my circumstance, it was more than 20minutes for one-way, so that was the reason I wanted to check beforehand. After the appointment, they made me wait like 20 minutes without any description. Then, they checked the design and said they can do exactly the same what I brought. That was the point I decided to do it. But, after starting my service, they do not have the mold or charm like that, so they CANNOT do that ,,, If they couldn't do it, I would've gone. Even they asked me to change my original design ,,, it was after they cut my nails, so I could not even say I won't do it. And also before the service, I double-checked with price that there's 20% off discount for first-time customer from the TOTAL price. However, after all service, the cashier said it only applies on the 1-item service discount... that means it is totally different from what she said at first... even if you do the card, you have to pay EXTRA 2 dollars for transaction fee ,,, which is not she mentioned at first. From the start to the end of the service, I was so upset, fully frustrated, and am NEVER going to this nail salon, I'm so sorry. Especially, the cashier was the one who was trying to make my pay more and more with little service. I hope this would help other customers. Please don't pay your precious money and time for this terrible service. Thank you. read more
