Goat curry with fish curry

The food is always good here. I like their authentic style of food. I find this place makes the best goat curry. Naan and Roti taste so different than other places.

Stopped here for some Indian food cravings on way home from Whistler, food was delicious and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend this spot!

Best Indian food I have ever had. Was recommended word of mouth to be as good as it was. I have been telling everyone to go there... even though you have to drive all the way to Squamish. The chef is world class and anything you get will taste simply amazing

I don't eat Indian food too often nor am I super familiar with how its "supposed" to taste, but I thought the food and service here were great. My group basically ordered 8 different dishes from butter chicken, to garlic naan and Samosas. We found all the dishes done well and not bland at all with accurate spicyness levels (I assure you the spiciest level will be very hot given we ordered medium). The chef also made some alterations to how the dishes were served for our group since we were eating it family style, which was much appreciated.

Excellent customer service and great tasting food! Our servers were exceptionally friendly and quick to serve. We love spice and the waitress recommended level 6 which had a good amount of heat that allowed us to still taste the organic flavors of each meal. She brought us raw chilies to add to our meals if the spice wasn't up to par with our tastebuds. The chef even came out to greet us and make sure we were satisfied with our meals. We ordered tandoori chicken wings, chicken tikka masala, and lamb vindaloo with basmati rice. We loved the garlic naan so much we ordered a second plate. Tasty flavors - we'd definitely come back! Thank you.

We stopped here on our way to whistler. Amazing butter chicken and garlic naan. We loved it. Truly lived up to its hype!

I've been here multiple times, and it's always a good experience. This is by far the best Indian restaurant in Squamish!

Best chicken Pakoras in Squamish. A good experience overall, great service. One observation, I would prefer less salt in the food over all.

Great food. I just moved to Squamish and I have got takeout from here twice. Delicious on both occasions.

I got the chicken tikka masala under the chicken specialty section and asked if the 5 level would make me cry. The waiter laughed and said absolutely, so I went with the 4. He was NOT wrong. I didn't cry, but I definitely started sniffling and my mouth was on fire when I bit into a pepper. The delicious mango lassi saved me. It had tiny bits of pistachio which was a revelation to me. I loved it and it tasted so fresh, not overly sweet. The chicken tikka masala was less saucy and creamy than I'm used to, instead it had a thick gravy consistency, but it was still very flavorful. I think the chicken tikka under their tandoori grill section might be more like I'm used to, where you can dip the naan in the sauce. The pieces of chicken were pretty big too. The garlic naan was generous and the mushroom pulao rice was delicious. Some reviews say this place is casual but I felt a bit underdressed since they do have white tablecloths/napkins. Service was very attentive and friendly. It was very warm inside so it was a nice break from the cold.

We had the Samosa with Channa (similar to samosa chaat I would say), the flavors were rich and delicious. We also shared the Veggie Jalfrezi which was very nice! A great amount of veggies! The restaurant was clean and the staff were kind. I'd say we made a great choice!

Fortunately, it wasn't hard to find a couple Indian restaurants when we visited Whistler, BC. So on our first night there, we got take-out from Indian Masala Bistro. There was a large group of us, so we were able to order a variety of dishes - butter chicken, chicken curry, chicken masala, palak paneer, lamb korma, and a couple other dishes that I don't remember. We also got lots of garlic naan, of course. Unfortunately, their entrees DO NOT come with rice. So you need to order rice separately. (Minus one star for this.) When we ordered, we asked for medium heat level, but we barely noticed any heat (mild disappointment). Despite this, everything was very flavorful. The portion sizes were pretty generous and we had LOTS of leftovers for the next day or two. Located at the Hilton hotel in Whistler Village.

Ordered a bunch of different dishes for a big group (beers, mango lassi, 6 different types of…read morecurries, rice, naan, etc.) Quality of food was good but wasn't incredible. For example, the pani puri mixture felt a bit dry, and the curry ordered spicy could've been more spicy. Aloo gobhi cauliflower also seemed masked with other things, there could've been more/bigger cauliflower presence in the dish. You're also charged for rice and naan. Presentation on mango lassi was pretty. Service was okay, friendly but nothing to write home about. For example, it was a big group so the dishes were just dropped off on one end and we had to move them ourselves instead of the server placing them at the correct locations. Ambiance was good, with both booth and chair seating. There was no wait for the big group which was nice.
