This was a key factor as our recently purchased home has required numerous services and repairs. Cha-Ching! Though I may be frugal, I am still mindful about quality. Good pricing along with good reviews, what did I have to lose? Our technician, Alberto, was professional, very thorough and took his time to do a good job. Admittedly, for the low cleaning/inspection price, I was expecting a laundry list of issues (upselling services); That was not the case at all! A few small issues were pointed out at the end of the inspection. There was zero pressure to get anything done. Alberto simply recommended correcting them at some point. I requested an estimate to repair and Alberto's pricing was very fair. Since he was prepared with all the materials needed in his truck, we were able to get it all done on the spot. We now feel safe and confident about using our fireplace this coming season! Great service all around has won over our future business. Will definitely continue to use them for years to come.

My experience with Signature Painting and Leo and his staff was exemplary. From the initial contact through present, Leo has demonstrated the utmost professionalism, integrity, reliability and transparency. The repairs on my home were long overdue. The work was done at the highest quality and when completed my home went from the worst looking to the best. Leo was very diligent in explaining the repairs and associated costs, and detailed and itemized everything in a very professional contract as well as amended any additional repairs that were later identified. Also, they donate to charity which was very impressive. I able to select the charity for the donation on my behalf and I received a very nice card acknowledging the donation. The problem was the single gate was not level and hangs at an angle. I will admit I did not notice this until the company had been paid in full and left the premises. I notified the fence company once I noticed the fence and sent them a picture of the single gate and asked them to please straighten it or we will discuss getting it replaced if that is what needs to be done. I have too small dogs I felt could get through the opening. I heard back from the fence company and they were very nice. They said they wanted me to be happy and would go over a solution to straighten the gate and would call me and we could discuss it. They never called me to discuss anything and It is clear they feel they are finished with the job. The mistake we made was paying in full for the job. If we had held back some money I am sure they would have come back to straighten the fence. So what we have learned from this experience is pay a deposit and give the balance at the end. We have learned our lesson.

If there were concerns about the project or it wasn't something you could take on, that should have been communicated clearly and professionally.
