To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

He was professional, responsive, patient with my questions and made sure I was kept informed from beginning to end. That level of communication made me feel very comfortable trusting the team with my new vehicle. The team did a great job with the Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation. I was especially impressed with how Brian handled a warranty clarification afterward. There was some initial confusion regarding the warranty term however Brian addressed it promptly, provided an updated receipt confirming the correct 12-year PPF warranty, and gave me written confirmation of their 12-year workmanship coverage for installation-related issues such as edge lifting, contamination and bubbles. I really appreciated the accountability and willingness to stand behind their work. When you're investing in protecting a new vehicle, the quality of the installation matters, but so does knowing the company will be there if you need them afterward.
