Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

They carefully followed all of the building's rules for elevator use, placed furniture exactly where I requested, and neatly stacked boxes in the appropriate rooms. They communicated clearly throughout the process, regularly checked to make sure I didn't have any questions, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Before leaving, they removed all of the packing materials they had used and left both my old and new homes clean and tidy. The entire move stayed on schedule and was remarkably efficient. The two movers assigned to my move were truly exceptional--kind, courteous, hardworking, and diligent professionals who clearly take great pride in their work. The pricing was very fair, and based on his quick response time and great reviews, I decided to hire them. I am very glad that I did. My move went extremely well. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly. I could not be more grateful to Alex and his team for the excellent job, and I would definitely hire them again for my next move. There are two places where there were shreds of wood on the corner. I was unpacking boxes that were supposed to be books they packed, and I got about halfway through one box and discovered that they threw two glass shadowbox frames in with the books. One of them was shattered. Thankfully it was the one I hadn't yet filled with photos. The other one would have been disastrous since it had photos of my dad who recently passed away. Even novice movers know you don't put glass frames at the bottom of a box of books!!!! I'm seriously afraid to see what else got damaged in the numerous boxes I have yet to unpack. It's pathetic.

The truck drivers who loaded and unloaded my container were excellent--they answered all of my questions, provided clear timelines, and kept me updated with calls when they left the unit and when they arrived at my home. Their communication was always on point. The only downside was that my container was extremely dirty, almost as if it had been used to transport charcoal. Because of this, I strongly recommend wrapping items in blankets and stretch wrap to prevent them from getting stained. Unfortunately, my mattress cover was ripped during the move and ended up with black marks. Overall, the professionalism and communication stood out, but I do wish the container had been in better condition.

Some places push extras on you to nickel and dime you to death, not here. Offered, yes. Pushed, absolutely not. I really have no more to say as what was promised was delivered, no need for any interaction at all. Very happy with my choice to try out a smaller operation, it's a large site I just mean smaller as in not on every other corner like some brands. Only con for me is that there are no electric outlets anywhere either in or outside of the unit, maybe the larger ones have them.

I had to make arrangements to move the last piece of furniture from a third floor apartment a family member had recently vacated in Newburgh. A large dining room table with a six foot long solid glass top that by itself weighed approx 200 lbs. This had to be moved down three flights of very narrow stairs and transported to a nearby storage unit. Most companies who serviced the Newburgh area turned down the job because it was too small or quoted from $1300-$2000 to move the one piece of furniture. I was about to give up when I found EXTRA HELP MOVERS.. Alex their dispatcher responded to my inquiry immediately in a very friendly and personable manner. She was able to provide a quote that was substantially less than the other estimates. She then did her best to try to fit the job into the next day's schedule but when that didn't work out the owner, Xavier, called to apologize offering to send his team out two days later. He was so apologetic for having to re-schedule but I was so impressed that they were doing their best to accommodate my needs on such short notice in the middle of a July 4th holiday weekend. His two man team arrived as promised two days later and did this pesky job with utmost care and efficiency. EXTRA HELP MOVERS provided exceptional customer service on short notice with very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them. Final note: Xavier called me the next day just as I was about to pay the bill on line. Upon review, he had caught an error on the invoice that I hadn't even noticed and made the correction $100.00 in my favor. Such integrity is not very common these days. read more

I feel like I cant say enough about this Company. Let me start off by saying that Xavier came highly recommended by his previous employer. So I decided to call. And it was the BEST decision I made. Xavier was kind and accommodating. He gave me a quote that I just couldnt believe ... nor refuse. The day of the move, his moving crew showed up ON TIME and with gloves and masks on ( this was during COVID 19 and I have an elderly immno compromised mother at home). I don't leave a lot of Yelp reviews, but I had to say a good word about Extra Help Movers. From scheduling the move to watching the truck pull out of the driveway, I experienced these folks as courteous, diligent, and prompt. They were polite, positive, and laid back (and not in a lazy way). This is our second local move with them, actually. They first moved my husband out of a multi-floor condo in POK. This morning they moved me out of a single family home into our new place, which has a ton of stairs. Zero complaints from them. Two of the movers worked my husband's move and then mine. The absolute best, Xavier and Luke showed up bright and early with smiles on their faces. Reloaded stuff we had put on the moving truck from our storage unit to fit better, packed our entire house onto the truck in about an hour all awhile making it feel like we just had friends helping us out, cracking jokes and cheering us on. Every piece of furniture was damaged after using BeeLine. They're fast and sloppy. Even though I…read moretold them which pieces were precious family heirlooms, they didn't protect the furniture, they broke off handles, and refused to stand behind their work. This after tipping each member of the crew $100 and paying an extra $100 above their asking price--I should have inspected the furniture carefully before paying but I was ill and didn't check until the next day, when the owner refused to make repairs or refund a dime. Avoid them at all costs. They are nice to your face when they want your business, then rude and ugly afterward.

Multiple pieces , most pieces,of furniture were severely scratched and. gouged. My artwork was not wrapped in brown paper. It was just all thrown together in a box like they were posters I was moving into a dorm. Knowing that things were going into storage wardrobe boxes were not used instead, all of my clothes were left on hangars, wrapped with tape and covered with a black garbage bag. I asked them to pack the kitchen and dining room Where they packed China and Waterford together with kitchen items. Waterford crystal was not bubble wrapped, and therefore one of the glasses shattered. I don't know where it was stored, but everything was filthy, dirty. Don't use this company, unless you don't care about your belongings. It also Was not cheap. For the two moves and storage for six months. I paid this company Close to $10,000.
