When I had my trial, I could tell Christy was very knowledgable and provided excellent recommendations given that I was a very lost bride with almost no clue what direction I wanted to go for my makeup. On the day of the wedding, we had a very limited time window with 7 ladies who needed to get ready. Christy and her team not only got us ready with beautiful makeup & hair, but also finished much faster than the timeline we had previously discussed! This meant we had to scramble to find another makeup artist for the date we already set with the photographer. She may want to learn to proof read because I don't think she realizes she wrote the opposite of her claim. She could also have been more professional to check back with us before booking someone else if she really wasn't sure that we would continue our originally schedule date with her.

Thank goodness I found Megan. I had a very vague Pinterest idea of what I wanted for hair and makeup, and Megan used those pics during the trial and worked with me to help clarify what my wedding day look would be. Megan made me, my mom, and my MIL look fantastic for my wedding day-- she knows how to handle Asian and Caucasian makeup with ease, flattering our features and really making sure the makeup shone through in the photography as well. Between the trial and the day-of, I changed my mind about my hair style and accidentally got a botched brow wax a little too close to the wedding, and she handled both of those with ease and flexibility on the day of the wedding. Megan is professional, friendly, has a great sense of humor, and was willing to wake up incredibly early (she arrived at 5:15 am) to do our makeup and hair. She even managed to finish everyone's makeup and hair about a half hour to an hour ahead of time, which, as a type-A bride, I was extremely grateful for. I was there for about 5 hours and I left with a light shade of blonde in the back of my hair and a darker Caramel color in the front . When I got home I noticed I had some bleach bleeds in the back (she did not show me the back once) I showed photo and said I like ashy blonde and they toned me with 8G an 9NW - which means my hair was very gold/Carmel aka a tad orange. I don't mean to drag anyone in this review, but I want to be honest. There is nothing worse than spending a ton of money then go home and fix your hair, luckily in another life I worked as a hairdresser and am able to fix my hair , but not everyone can.
