They had a technician at my house within 30 minutes. After checking my AC unit and determing it had plenty of Freon, he went up into the attic and found recently replaced Duckwork (by anothet AC company) had slipped off of the AC unit in the attic which was causing our AC not to cool the house. He indicated the new duckwork installed last year was too short and the installer had stretched it to the max which eventually caused the duckwork to seperate from the AC unit.
