He was running a little long on the house before me, but he texted to let me know that he's still on the way. This is forgivable because he is doing everything himself. He arrived and addressed all of the work that I needed done. He came in with a cost estimate that was surprisingly low. He had to leave temporarily to get some parts, but was back quickly and had all of the repairs done quickly and completely. No more leaks and the bathroom sink has water again.
