7/31/2025 - I called our favorite plumbing company and as always, manager Amelia was such a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to assist the rental property I manage. Amelia sent a tech out to diagnose the problem, which was a bad leak into the other unit's bathroom from the upstairs (unit) shower. Amelia was able to get a tech to stop the active leak and check for mold then had the shower unit replaced. The shower we ordered was damaged from transport from PA, and Amelia called every vendor in town to ensure we had a quality shower unit which she personally showed up to inspect before install. Amelia was efficient and her communication was top notch and very clear. I recently had Derek and his team replace my existing water heater and install a new water softening system. Derek and his team were on time, professional and did an outstanding job. My existing water heater was in a very awkward location that prevented me from parking my car in the garage. Derek worked with me to find a more efficient location for the new equipment that required extensive reworking of vent, gas lines, waste lines to accommodate but works much better now. They even demo'd the existing water heater stand and installed a new metal water heater stand tucked into the corner. His drywall guy even came the same day and patched/repaired/painted the damaged/exposed areas. This is actually the second time that i've used Moonlight Plumbing. What a joke! The owner Derek came out gave us an estimate to replace our water heater, we had two problems. First, he had someone follow him to our home because he was parking in a handicap parking spot at where he was getting supplies. This person caused problems for me cussing me in front of my house calling the police and a lot of other unnecessary things. My other half got her number. Second, the quote was less than 1/2 of what the ending cost was along threats from Derek that if we posted any of this that he would cause us legal problems. Please avoid at all costs! read more

Was charged for two workers while two workers were not at my house entire time. One worker came much later. Low height toilet needed to be installed upstairs under counter but was instead installed downstairs and needed to be switched. New sink was placed down on instruction manual and needed to be torn out from under sink. Best part was that a few days later I went to use the dishwasher. While installing a kitchen faucet they turned off water to dishwasher and never turned it back on. Wouldn't call me back or take my calls.
