I called Pristine Plumbing yesterday for a minor plumbing issue. I was told David would be out between 4pm and 6pm. Around 3:30pm he called and said he was a few minutes away. He was extremely nice and personable and confirmed I had a very minor issue with an improper cartridge seat on my bath tub. With that said David answered my request for help and came to do an estimate with a clear cut answer, he is blunt and straight to the point no messing around, and the price is more than reasonable. Hands down, the BEST service call I have ever experienced. I needed a plumber in N/W Las Vegas in an emergency. David responded quickly and over the phone gave me an idea of cost for what we both thought would be a simple snaking of a kitchen drain. David arrived and was incredibly polite and professional. He started right away and we started to realize this was not going to be so simple. David never gave up and continued working the problem, all the while rescheduling personal appointments throughout the day. Almost 5 hours later, of what we both "thought" should have been no more than 30 minutes, he managed to unclog the drain. We were both in disbelief when he pulled a 2" rubber drain cap out through the kitchen sink clean out. He found the blockage well outside the walls of the condo which is in a complex so all the drains hook together at some point. We have no clue how the cap got down there or where it came from. There was some major sewer repairs going on in a neighboring unit that coincide with the issue. None the less, I was so happy and thankful David saw it through, and after 5 hours he still tried to ONLY charge me what he originally quoted, which I refused and paid more because he more than earned it. Had the best experience I've ever had with a plumber, water heater went out on us the guys came out to fix it and discovered the tank was just starting to leak. They knew we had been without hot water for 3 days already and even though it was already 6pm they ran out and got us a new unit and installed it same night to make sure we would not be without hot water another day. Even though our toilet problem wasn't an emergency, the plumber was sent in the timely manner and fixed the problem. Jimmy and his assistant were kind and professional. They even came back the next day after I had a few concerns , I wanted to have them double check if everything works correctly. They came back as promised- checked everything out and didn't charge me for this additional visit.
