What I…read moredo know is that they set us back about 6 weeks on the selling of our house, and, while I don't know this for sure, I believe they cost us tens of thousands of dollars in that delay due to falling housing prices. We received an estimate from them for a new septic field. They said they would call us to schedule the job. We never heard from them. We called, texted and emailed them but they never called us back. We only found out 6 weeks later, because our realtor ran into them somewhere, that they decided not to do the job. Meanwhile, they also told us that it would take a year to get a permit and would cost $75,000. But, in fact, another company got the permit in one month and charged us $28,000. The 6-week setback cost us time, money and stress. In the end, we are glad it didn't work out. But someone who can't send a simple text saying we aren't going to do this job, really shouldn't be in customer service. Should get one star, but giving two cuz they seemed like really nice guys and we were aware they were dealing with a family tragedy. But just one simple text in the beginning would have made a huge difference to us and not doing that caused your crisis to become our crisis. I did wait 6 mos.. to post this because of respect for the family.

Ryan was very helpful and recommended another company that could handle the repair. I followed his recommendation, and they were also excellent and were able to repair the issue and replace the broken valve with a new one. It's great to work with someone who not only does quality work but is also willing to point you in the right direction when something falls outside the services they provide.
