You are in the middle of doing my nails!! For quality customer service I would have expected her to say something along the lines of "I can except it this time but for next time..." I was so confused on what I wanted exactly but had so much help from: Nicole, a great stylist. So obviously I wanted to go back. I requested Nicole again but she isn't in on Saturdays. I was greeted very nicely on the phone and was offered a different stylist and an appointment right away. So I said, sure, why not! Let me tell you, another fantastic experience!!! I was greeted and styled by Karen. She brought my hair back to life, literally. With a last minute appointment, she did everything possible to help me. I wasn't sure what I wanted. She gave me advice and tips and I trusted her expertise.
