As soon as you enter the business you are immediately greeted with a unique vibe. There are decorations all over the walls which makes sure you are never bored during the hair cut. Kay always washes my hair well and then walks me over to the chair. She cuts my bangs perfectly and trims my hair so that it's not too long but she gets rid of all the dead ends. I've recommended her to at least 4 of my male friends who also only see her to get their hair cut! I still made it there by 10:15 AM, and the moment I walked in, the receptionist told me to go straight to the wash. But as soon as I mentioned I had a Groupon, everything changed. Suddenly I was told they couldn't take me because I was "late." I tried explaining that the only reason I was late was because they changed the location on me with barely any notice, but they didn't care. Instead, I was met with attitude and zero professionalism. No apology, no effort to reschedule, just a rude dismissal. I ended up wasting over an hour of my morning driving back and forth for absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable. If you're going to change your location last minute, the least you can do is honor your appointments or have the decency to be respectful about it. Terrible customer service. I will never be returning, and I don't recommend anyone else does either -- especially if you're using a Groupon. You'll be treated like a second-class customer.

She said she had no experience with short hair. After a quite a while the Owner came over and put some gel in my hair she was finished. I would have liked her to ask if I was happy and finish blow drying my hair. When I walked over to pay I learned they do not take credit/debit I was not informed when I made the appointment.
