I went in to get my eyebrows and lip done. let's start there. i've attached photos so you can see that my eyebrows are nowhere near even OR clean. she did not bother to create any clean lines with plucking or even trimming the longer brow hairs. these eyebrows do not look like I just got them done. THEN, this lady convinced me to pay for my full face, and then did not wax my full face! she left a super weird line on my cheeks that makes me look like I have a beard. photos attached. This was my third time patronizing the organic nail bar, for my Eyelash services. This was also the first time that I was unpleasantly greeted by their what she called herself the manager at the front. She was unpleasant, unwelcoming, and unprofessional, and it was Mother's Day, at first I thought maybe she was just in a bad mood because it was Mother's Day and they were working, but then I noticed her demeanor and I'm gonna say it yes towards the black patrons. As I sat and waited for my eyelash tech, although I had an appointment and was 10 minutes early, I had to wait, as I sat there and witnessed the interactions when non-blacks who entered, compared to when blacks entered. She had a stern tone with the black patrons and a cheerful happy greeting when non-blacks entered, when a non-black person asked her a question her answers were pleasant and engaging, when blacks ask her a question in regards to the Services her reply was given with an attitude, as if they should've known the answer to the questions they were asking her. She talked at them and not to them and yes, she was so rude to one of the mothers that was sitting in the pedicure chair she asked for her manager , her reply was I am the manager .. "if that was my mom that she was talking to like that it would have been an unforgettable day for her". I let my Eyelash tech know that she was rude condescending and should not be in the role of a supervisor or manager with that type of attitude and tone towards anyone and especially Black people who make up 85% who patronize these type of services. Kelvin was my nail tech and he did an amazing job on my French tip pedicure! He was meticulous and professional, and I left really happy with the results. The salon was clean, organized, and I appreciated how well they sanitized everything, it made the experience feel extra comfortable. Just a tip: bring exact cash if you plan to leave a tip, as that's the easiest way. I usually tip $5-10 depending on the service. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stop by for another appointment! read more

Horrible service, Julie did my nieces nails and she didn't even paint her nails correctly! They recommended gel for kids because she said kids mess them up if they aren't gel but SHE messed it up! Not worth $35 The person in the front desk is rude! It was our first time going and we were confused and she didn't bother to help. They get alot of business, but my nail tech (Annie) for my pedicure does not know how to polish nails. My toes looked like they had grown out by my cuticles, because polish was not in that area. I guess she was afraid of getting too close and getting polish on my skin. That's what the acetone is for! I started to get an expensive package, since I like to be pampered with my pedicures, but I ended up changing it to the basic, and I'm glad I did. Being that I haven't been there before, I realized I shouldn't get such an expensive package, until I see how they do nails. I haven't really been happy with Organic Nail Bar for some time, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. It's super inconsistent with quality and honestly the customer service too. I found it really rude and awkward lately. My nails would get so messed up quickly, and I'd come back to just negativity to fix them. There's been bubbles in all of my manicures and pedicures too. I'm pretty disappointed considering I've been a regular for a few years now. After trying a new nail spot after a couple of years, I'm just appalled at the things they allowed. This was my first visit to MV's Organic Nail Bar. It is near Costco and Aldi in Moreno Valley. We arrived early on Saturday, a few minutes after they opened, and were greeted immediately by the friendly staff. We waited less than 5 minutes before diving into a super relaxing session. I opted for a basic manicure with extra massage time and a collagen pedi--both were top-notch. Within about an hour, my nails looked impeccable and I felt utterly stress-free. My technician was METICULOUS--she neatly pushed my cuticles and perfectly filed my nails--left my hands looking and feeling healthy. To my surprise the finish lasted almost 9 days! This spot is next to a coffee and cupcake shop. This helped make it a definitely chill morning with the girls. I'll definitely be back-and plan on giving one of their other services (like wax or maybe facial) a shot! read more

I visited the salon over the weekend for a basic pedicure. The nail tech upsold me to add on a callus removal option and I agreed. When I left the salon three of my toes were bleeding. By the time I got home, I called the salon and told them what happened and after back and before texts with pictures of my feet, they finally agreed to refund me both the cost and tip. They were very reluctant at first and kept saying the pain would go away by the morning and my toe would not get infected. I reminded them they are all nail techs and not doctors. They wanted me to come back in so they could put alcohol on my toes. After trying to give me a gift and me telling them I would never return, they Zelle my money. I went to the doctors today and my big toe in infected! So now I am on medication. This was the worst customer service ever and I will never return again. This placed RUINED my big toe! While Kevin was performing my pedicure, a piece of his glove got glued to my nail bed right when he was about to start painting my toes. I'm assuming it got stuck from the glue on my acrylic toe.. he could not get the glove off of my toenail and dusted it down with his equipment.. he couldn't fully get it off and just continued with my pedicure. Now weeks later my big toe is infected and my nail bed is absolutely DESTROYED! I literally have barely any nail left on my nail bed!!! I now need major reconstructing because of this and can barely wear socks without it disturbing my nail! OSHA deserves to be called on this place! read more

This was my second time coming here and the very first time it was a pleasant experience, which is why I decided to come back. Rose the one that is assisting me was amazing and she does an amazing job as well! I came in for a gel removal and a full gel set. I also requested that they remove a gel tip that I have on my big toe which I don't expect it to be for free ofcourse :) it Seems like here I was charged $25 for something to do with a pedicure, and after asking what the charge is for it was just brushed off when the lady upfront said it was something to do to do with gel. Service was nice but pricing is different on their website. I came in and told them I did NOT want gel, just a regular mani/pedi for me and for my 8 yr old daughter. So they start doing gel on my daughter and I said I did not ask for gel, they told me they only do gel on kids.... On their website it said kids under 10 mani/pedi $27. I ended up paying over $50 for hers. They need to be more upfront and make sure they tell customers before hand, and make sure that the website is up to date or taken down. James is very detailed and has a good pressure for pedicure massages so he is my preference. Today I got a pedicure by Sophia because James was not available. Ive been coming here for services since they opened, so for many many years and I have NEVER been more disrespected in my life! The nail tech Julian or Jillian or whatever her name is should not be allowed to work with the public! Long story short she was very rude and very nasty, jerked my legs and feet around, barked out orders to me, when I asked her to check to see if my sister's nail tech will be starting with her soon, since she prepared her chair for her, she just said I dont know nothing about that, then huffed and puffed, and did not fully render the services that I paid for. But what takes the cake is that she became very violent, started tossing things, yelling at me, cussing at me, getting in my face and being extremely aggressive and threatening, while I was trying to talk to her manager and was still sitting in my chair. She caused a whole embarrassing scene! I will NEVER step foot back in that establishment again and they're lucky Im not contacting an attorney for the way I was treated and assaulted! Dip Powder Horrible and Disappointed!!!! I am so upset I paid $169 plus $40 dollar tip to the nail techs. I got a spa pedicure $45 my boyfriend also got one. And I got a dip powered manicure. It hasn't even been a week and 4 nails have popped off. 2 pooped off 2 days after I got them done. It's like I put in the Sally Hansen press on nails actually I think those last longer. On top of that I've been trying to contact them and their phone is either busy or off the hook. Now today I finally got through and told the man that answered the phone and he was extremely RUDE told me that I will have to pay to fix my nails and gave me a fake name "Tony " right before he hung up in my face. This is very disappointing that they would operate and treat customers with such disrespect. The amount of money and time that we spend at the nail shop you would at least think that someone who works there would be understanding. Iris is the only nail tech that I could remember when I initially went in and she was the one who did my boyfriend's pedicure she was sweet.
