Walked in asking for pedicures for my daughter and myself the lady that worked on my daughter was great . Very communicative . However the one that worked on me was very aggressive and when asked things she'd ignore me . She was obviously not wanting to work or annoyed . Asked for an acrylic over lay on my hands . Tried to trust the process but the work was so horrible . Kept pulling my hands aggressively. I had to stop her a few times to tell her the acrylic was only on half my nail and in which she did apologize and corrected it but my nails looked like ugly blobs she left the acrylic so chipped. Will never be coming back and will not be recommending. I'm on my 1st day and they are chipping already .so disappointed. read more

The location wasn't busy so I popped in for a walk in gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure came first and with her gentle hands, she quickly prettied up the toes, complete with a gentle massage to get the blood flowing. Then came the manicure. Attention was paid to the service and again, the hand massage is an added touch. I'm glad I stopped in to experience this service without the long wait of other establishments. I've been to Cellinie's 5 times for a gel manicure, sat with 4 different employees, walk-in and with appointment, for a simple mani and with a discrete design. I've been able to communicate my needs and wants and walked out satisfied. It is a small and clean nail salon with seating for company (I drag my kid along sometimes) and there is parking right in front. My visits to this nail salon have been effortless. I park, I go inside, I sit and get service. I like the gel and colors that they've chosen, from neutrals to pastels to bold colors. It seems like this gel or their technique or both allows for the mani to last longer. I'm not giving 5 starts because I think it lacks in ambiance. The tv should be playing feel good movies or music videos. A nail salon should be like a bubble where you enter and sort of disconnect from the outside world. Personally, I don't like watching local news at home, much less at the nail salon. read more

I had never been here before and now I know I wont be coming back. The lady who did my pedicure actually did a great job so I would give her 5 stars but unfortunately I have to take 3 away thanks to the lady who did my gel manicure as although she was nice, she did a sloppy job. 1) Cleaned cuticles / smoothed nail surface: NO 2) Carefully applied gel on... nails: NO - You could see my nail (not painted) on some sides, like she was afraid the gel would touch my finger skin but applied gel all over my cuticles and sides/fingers on others - some of my fingers were glued to the nails by the gel 3) Quality check: Yes but NO - She knew she did a messed up job and didn't care to fix it (she was speaking about it with the other nail technicians and I was picking up on their convo-- they kept looking at my nails and face and I dont think she was showing off her work. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and waited for her to say "let me fix this and/or that..." but no! She went ahead and told me the total (which was expensive for the overall quality) and I finally decided to kindly ask her if she could fix some of the most messed up nails. She stood up and started filling the gel on the sides which didnt really help. I wish I would have taken a pic of the initial work. I used to have a gel kit at home and my own work looked 5x better and lasted longer. It looked as if my 7yr old niece had done my nails... gel all over the sides. The gel lasted "intact" a couple of hours, by the night of the manicure the gel was lifting and getting caught in my hair. A couple of days later I had to cut the gel around my cuticles and sides as it was so annoying and kept going up. A week and some change later, my nails are gel-free... my toes (reg polish) still look good though. I didnt get her name unfortunately but if you are asked if you want both your toes and finger nails done at the same time, either say no or make sure she takes the time do them right although she is standing (and maybe getting tired) and you are not in an awkward position with one of your arms across your body inside the light machine... this lady did my gel in half the time the other lady did my toes with regular nail polish. read more

I loved it! The girl that I got to do my nails was amazing. She was a perfectionist and she left my nails so badass. She put so much effort to leave my nails decent looking that it amazed me of how she hard working she was. She the girl I got was amazing and I hope guys go to and experience what I did and for a fair price $40 I got coffin shaped nails with gel nail polish. I was going there for about 2 months now and was really starting to like it, until today. So.... I was there parked in front of the business backed in due to the cars that come through so I backed in and immediately turned my car off so when I leave I can just get in my car and go without worrying about someone hitting my car when backing out. So after about 20 min the owner comes and taps on my window so I crack my car door open to see what she wanted. She had the nerve to tell me it's bad luck and that she can smell the smoke of my car in her shop and for me not to back in front of her shop no more! She pointed across the parking lot and told me I can go over there and park. I couldn't believe that!! My car wasn't on, I have a newer car, and how can you come to someone's car and tell them to move!! So, I said ok, drove off!! And I will NEVER go back. read more

I'm unhappy. Got white powder nails with a diamond on each nail for $40. The nail technician didn't do a good job around my cuticle and I knew they would lift (besides the fact that they didn't look finished) so I asked her to please fix them and she did (had to ask more than once to fix it more cause when she fixed it, it still looked chunky around the cuticle). By the third day 3 diamonds had already came off....okayyyy, that's annoying. So I went back in and they fixed them at no charge. Next day another diamonds off ughhh... 3 nails started lifting within the next few days soooo I got some nail glue. One nail broke by the cuticle where it lifts so I couldn't glue that...Just a lot of work needed after. Waste of 40 bucks cause I literally enjoyed them for only like 2 days. I came here to do a regular french manicure, not gel, because I hate how thick my nails get. I had nice strong nails to begin with. The french manicure turned out nice. My nails lasted about 2 weeks before they started to peel and chip which is normal for regular nail polish. I'm surprised I got them to last that long. It wasn't until after I removed the nail polish that I noticed how the nail polish they used broke down my nail bed. My nails were brittle and easy to break. Almost 2 months later and my nails are still trying to recover. I'm still terrified to put any nail polish on my nails in case it could become even more brittle. Service was excellent the only thing that sucks is that this place is dirty I got a bacterial infection on my toe, yesterday I went in for a pedicure and manicure and today I started feeling swelling and heat from the specific toe and had to drain the puss and apply antibiotics ..I would have given this place 5 stars for service but the fact that I got an infection on my toe just disgusts me, it tells me that they are not keeping up with cleanliness which is crucial in a nail spa. I feel duped. I usually pay around $60 for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I do pay extra for the massage. So the guy says you can do powder because it lasts longer than gel. This is where I should have asked how much but I didn't. The powder does look nice but so does gel. So my manicure is done and we move to the get my pedicure. He shows me the price list and I pick the deluxe which is $38 but I add gel to my toes. So I assume there is a slight up charge. I get my pedicure with a half ass massage. I feel rushed out because they need the chair for another customer. I rush out of my seat and he says $90. Huh $90?!?? Yes $90. For $90 I could have gotten a happy ending at least instead of feeling like I got screwed. I'm in shock. I should have asked for an itemized receipt but I didn't. I will most definitely not come back here anymore. I could get a better service and pay a lot less. Just be aware of what your adding on and make sure you ask how much every little add on is. read more

I have been to many nail salons in Moreno Valley, none of them come close to this place! They are always quick to get me in and are always super nice. The younger guy that works here gives awesome massages. While they are an awesome nail salon, I mainly come here for one reason... I am a licensed cosmetologist, so I know California State Board regulations like the back of my hand. This is the one and only nail salon in Moreno Valley that I have seen this spotless. I am so serious, I have been to many nail salons and have walked right out because I see them use used drills and utensils on multiple people, or another person's nail dust on the table or pedi chair. I like that they take their tools out of the auto clave in front of you and take their used tools to the sink to wash and place into the QUATS (hospital grade disinfectant) in front I you as well. I've also noticed that they use single use files and scrubbers. They follow stateboard to T. Makes me happy to know that I won't fall victim to a fungal infection while coming here! read more

So I went in today to get a fill and a pedi and a very RUDE lady by the name of Kelly did my toes . She yelled at me for not holding my foot the right way , yelled at me for not knowing what chair to sit in . Pretty much made me feel extremely uncomfortable for having eczema and treated me badly but attempted to be fake nice once I called her out on her rudeness . If it wasn't for the sweet lady MINDY who works there I would never ever ever go back to this place I use to love coming here to get my feet done but honestly after today I hate this place .
