Instead, after the service was "complete," I was informed that they only clean the glass inside of the window frame. If I wanted the window frames cleaned, then I should have paid to have the "entire exterior of the house cleaned." I called their corporate office, and they explained that this was indeed their policy. They only clean the glass, not the "metal box holding the glass." It was particularly interesting to hear her care to not use the term "window frame." Perhaps I'm missing something... If I purchased a window from a home improvement store, wouldn't it come with glass and the frame? I wish I had checked Yelp ahead of time.
