The vibe was comforting and even fun. we had music playing on the Alexa, and the entire procedure flew by. I expected to be nervous, but I was surprisingly relaxed the whole time. Dr. K was incredibly attentive, reassuring, and present throughout the procedure, checking in constantly and making me feel 100% safe in his hands. I had a breast implant exchange with Estea, previously had breast augmentation at another center and was not satisfied with my results 2 years ago. Dr.K here at Estea understood the assignment. I finally have the results I wanted. He listens to the patient and explains the procedure. I was nervous about the procedure being done as I am awake and under local anesthesia, but he was very reassuring. To be honest I now prefer surgery awake under local anesthesia, my recovery seemed a lot faster and I did not have to experience the general anesthesia side effects. Also, DR J was there during the surgery she is also great. The entire experience from the first consult to surgery to recovery has just been wonderful. His team is great. Initially I did like this place, but just when I was beginning to gain their trust, they ruined it. I went in to let them know I was not happy with my natural jawline, I asked if they could use Botox or filler for a snatched jawline. I was hoping to have it placed halfway down my jawline, but instead they said they could not place it there and that it had to be placed right where my jawline meets my ear. They told me the least they could do is 1 syringe of filler on each side. $1000 later, I went home and after a few weeks, I noticed that my jaw appeared to look EXTREMELY wide!! Which made me look fatter from the face! I absolutely HATED IT! When I went back to tell them I was unhappy, instead of them refunding me or at least half of what I paid, they CHARGED ME FOR THE DISSOLVER!! They should have explained to me from the beginning that applying filler in that area would make my face appear wider and fatter, but they did not. And on top of this they charged me to have it removed! I lost trust in the place and will no longer be returning. End of story. read more

Its been two years since i got my rummy rock done. At the extra price i paid, i was promised tummy tuck, love handles, back , underarm bulges. After the surgery i was repeatedly told that let the body settle and when finally the final result showed nothing was done except tummy ruck. My love handles are just the same probably worse coz they r just uneven after whatever little he tried to do. My stitch line is uneven. And when i complained i was told that no body is perfect. God has made naturally left and right sides different. Well, isnt that why it is called cosmetic surgery where you fix what is imperfect and i dont think this should have been that hard. My right love handle is bulging out sooo much as compared to the left. The doctor admitted that all of the above wasnt taken care of and wasnt what was promised. So he was more than happy to fix it but i would have had to pay him over $2000 more for that.. for the room that belonged to him, his staff and the anaesthesia that he was performing himself. Totally disappointed with the procedure. I was told if iam not satisfied they will correct all the imperfections and the results will be as described and portrayed and promised. They will take care of everything as per my satisfaction. In reality results were far off from what i had expected. Totally disappointed after paying so much . Out of what was promised and i paid for only 25% was done. But after the surgery no responsibility and accountability. Everyday when i look at myself i feel terrible. Sadly it took ke two years to write this review. All this time i was thinking to let it be but now i feel that its my responsibility to let other people not fall prey to their false promises and lies. I went to this establishment for a consultation for spider veins and Vela Shape. It took a very long time for the Dr. to see me, and when I was finally called in they kept moving me from room to room before I could get a decent consult about my concerns. When I was finally seen the Dr. quoted me an exorbitant amount for the spider veins. On average the rate varies from 15min to an hour for a range from $125-$300. Yes, I have done my homework, and I am serious about my money. So they qoute me $800 for one hour! They also ignore my concerns for Velashape and suggest the more expensive procedure--Smart Lipo. First of all, I am 6'0 feet tall, 150 lbs and have an athletic build. I am in my early 30's and in fairly good shape however, I have this stubborn abdomen fat that is donut shaped around my belly button area that is hard as hell to get rid of. I would have to say a total of 2 to 3 inches total of unwanted stubborn fat. I wanted a procedure that is non-invasive and leaves no scars. Why would one suggest something as involved as Smart-Lipo? Well... Money. I do not like it when a business tries to rip people off because they are vulnerable due to the insecurities of their body imperfections. This Dr. Koneci tried to do just that, but I am smarter than that and I am writing this review so you too can be all the more smarter too. I am a patient of Dr. Konecny and I am two weeks post-surgery for a tummy tuck and liposuction. First of all, prior to surgery, I was in his office three times, I never waited more than a few minutes, never changed rooms, and was never rushed through my appointment and that included the laughs that he threw in for free. I am so pleased with the outcome and this is NOT my first experience with a plastic surgeon. I was able to walk out of his office standing straight up and out running errands within a week. My after-care has been amazing! He wanted to see me 2 days after surgery, then six days and tomorrow will be my two week appointment. I've also had a few questions during this time and I was always able to speak with him immediately. I also did my homework and what I paid was right in line with other surgeons. The difference is that I asked him if I needed another procedure and he suggested something much, much less expensive. If you looking for the good cosmetic surgeon in Southern California Dr. K is the man. I just had an Awake Breast Revision procedure done in his office. Words can not express how professional and family oriented their staff is and the cleanness of the facility. I was kinda skeptical at first to have this procedure done while awake since my prior surgery was done under general anesthesia 14 years ago. But I'm so glad I decide to do this awake since I was able to decide while in surgery how big I wanted to be compared to being under (g.a.) not having an input and when you wake up it is what it is. If your like me while I was happy with my first breast augmentation I wished they could of have been bigger. This time I was in control of how big I wanted to go. The surgery was painless and of course some discomfort when I was done. By the third day I resume to my daily activities but of course with caution since I had surgery three days before. I came in to my FREE consultation, to see if i was a candidate for Obagi treatment, and as soon as i walked in i noticed how clean everything was, how fast i was assisted, and how nice everyone was. To start of the front desk ladies were very nice and professional, then i met with the Nurse who was not only very patient but understanding towards my concerns and needs. I asked alot of questions, and i must add it was not just me but my mom who tagged along lol and she answered every single question. I didnt meet with the doctor but i was able to over hear how he treated his staff and clients(while i waited for the Nurse) and i would feel safe having him overlooking my future treatments....The Obagi product was at a great price, since they do have special offers ever so often, and they do have half off specials right now on hair removal, vericose veins, ect.....so yes i totally recommend this office and i do plan on coming back in the next couple months for a surgical procedure, just gotta save money unless someone wants to fund me lol JK.
