During my most recent visit, multiple employees were standing around talking among themselves while several customers were clearly struggling to use the self-service machines. When customers asked for help, staff were dismissive, reluctant, and appeared annoyed at being interrupted. Assistance, when given, felt forced and minimal. Some customers were left confused and unsupported despite employees being readily available. This is not an isolated incident. I have observed this same behavior on multiple occasions at this location. The consistent lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic customer care reflects poorly on FedEx and suggests a management issue that needs immediate attention. Customers should not feel ignored or burdensome when seeking help, especially in a service-based business. I strongly urge FedEx to address employee accountability and retraining at this location.     Every time I come into this store I have problems with the machines. I was making packets for my…read moreclass 15 pages each double sided. I did one packet double sided and went to do a second packet. I never changed the settings and the machine made the packet one sided and charging me the same as the first packet. I asked the assistant manager for a refund. He said no. I went up to the counter and asked for the manager. The assistant manager said there was no manager on the weekend. I said I still wanted the refund because I did not change the settings. He said he would give it to me but said I had to leave the store because I was lying about the machine. I left. There is always problems with this store and the staff are rude.

I mean, doesn't this folks know that USPS is hiring? They can honestly apply to help our community assist with the line to keep moving or otherwise use other USPS location if the line is such a big deal or even better avoid coming during the peak times during lunch break or after work where it tends to get more busier and that's where everyone tends to complain about long lines. LOL! And honestly about the pressure washer review from Nicholas J, he could've rent it and clean the bird feces himself if it bothered him that much or write a complaint to the city of Chico. USPS only handle mail inside the facility and ensure inside the facility is presentable to the public and well stocked in USPS supplies, anything outdoors the city does it! SMH. I've seen from other USPS locations, the USPS employees doesn't power washes the front, I saw a City Entity Cleaning it paid by the city and not USPS. LMAO! Pros: -Clean and tidy, USPS Supplies are always in stock. -Great service. Great People. For great prices on shipping domestically as opposed to other competitors (FEDEX, DHL, or UPS). Cons: -None, other than no free-parking at least 20-30min would be nice when using the Post Office during peak times only between 12pm-1pm and from 4pm-5pm, but I understand that the USPS doesn't have the control of parking meter on pricing. If someone is going to complain about parking, they need to take that complain to the city itself. LOL! Everyone's reviews is pretty bias and self entitled 'Karen' or 'Ken' who loves to complain. Be grateful that prices to ship is cheaper than other competitors. Let thank sink in for brief moment! Food for thought to the reviewers: Also, if you want the line to go faster. Always pre-pay your stuff online at usps.com or at pirateship.com, and bring your paid priority/express letter/parcels and do a drop off at any usps location. Which is what I've been doing, and I've been in and out of the post office in 1Min. or less. If every customer does this way, the line of 18 people will move so much faster (1min/person) as oppose than waiting about 5-10min per person doing the manual way. And that's where the complains happens.

    This specific post office has the worse customer service ever. To make matters worse and to add an…read moreinsult to injury is the availability on parking for customers like me. There's just not too many to park and followed other customers parking at the employee parking spots at the back where the mail truck parks. Management team needs to do something about it and update it. This is awful. Pros: None. Aside the self sever check out on buying stamps. Cons: USPS workers that works at the cash register are SLOW AF & not that knowledgeable of their shipping supplies. And what I mean by that, I came in to ship a returned first class item that I had, and the labels wasn't taped as I was out of tape at home. So I asked if I can use their custom form sleeves, and they said they can't unless I want to upgrade my First Class mail to Priority Mail. And I'm like, "TF you mean. I worked at a Military Post Office overseas, and we have the same supplies as you. Because the APO(military post office) is an extension of USPS where USPS can't go. And we don't say shit like that to nickel and dime folks and that it's only for priority mail. Nothing in the custom form sleeves says 'priority mail.'" And they still refused me service after educating the fuck out of them and the mail clerk wanted me to buy a small roll of tape for $4 instead so I can tape my labels. GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE dude. WORSE SERVICE EVER! And I left the facility not buying shit, because I don't wanna wait at the back of the line again that's almost out the door with how slow they process mail for dispatch and this happened at 3pm on 28 June 2022. Side note: This facility needs a deep training for proper customer service etiquette and know their shipping supplies more. I guess I'll make USPS work harder to ship free supplies to me, when they can't offer the same service behind the counter for "Applying FREE CUSTOM FORM SLEEVES" to hold my address label/customer form regardless if its first class, priority, or express mail. Because it fits all types of class mail-check the photos again for review on what I mean. It's not just for fuckin' priority mail.
