Terrible company. My son's main Christmas present was in transit for a month. I never got a notification that it would arrive past the scheduled delivery date (which was well before Christmas). I called five different times and their representatives informed me that they needed to locate my package. They all told me the same thing over a span of weeks, and assured me they would follow up with me each time and never did. I eventually had to request a refund for the now sold out item from Walmart. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life with the delivery company. I ordered a very expensive OLED TV, It Took over three weeks and five different delivery times to arrive to my house. Then when I unboxed it I got it all set up and I noticed that there was a huge dent in the corner of the screen and it was cracked. So frustrated with the situation I thought about overlooking the damage, then I went to power it on and it wouldn't even turn on. After reading other peoples reviews I am shocked Walmart would use such a garbage delivery service. If I knew ahead of time this Was how the experience would've been I would've used Amazon and I would've got the TV in perfect condition in two days. This company is a joke. I ordered a patio lounger from Walmart. Shipment was accepted by Estes and assigned a tracking number by them. I never received my order. Estes now say they never received product from Walmart to ship. Walmart says they did, that's why Estes assigned it a tracking number. A lot of my friends also ordered this lounger the exact same day I did and all received them. Why? Because theirs weren't shipped by Estes who is complete garbage. Like all the other reviews stated. This place is horrible!!!! My fridge went out and I ordered another from build.com. they had the quickest shipping time frame (which is super important to me since we don't have a fridge!). It's apparently been sitting in there warehouse for 5 days! Still not delivered. Try calling - the automated system goes in circles, you can't get a hold of anyone. Try emailing - no one responds. I understand I ordered right before the holidays and everything so I expected some sort of delay in shipping. However, this is getting to be ridiculous. I have included below the list of dates associated with my package. 12/2/2020 Arrived at Destination City 12/2/2020 In Transit 12/1/2020 Arrived at Origin City 11/30/2020 Picked Up 11/28/2020 Shipment Created I called have called multiple times, each time having to wait at least 10 minutes on hold before I can reach an agent. Each time was met with a different excuse as to how my package wasn't in the system yet, or how they couldn't find it, or now the excuses for shipping date. I even got a confirmation email last week stating it would be here on 1/7 from 12:00-4:00. No arrival of shipment and when I called they said it was an "estimated" date. I called again this week and have a confirmed appointment for this Thursday. Crossing my fingers that it actually shows up. I will look into what shipping company my online purchases use from now on, because that has been so unprofessional. read more

One star simply because I can't give it 0. My product was ordered over a month ago. It was "Out for Delivery" nearly 2 weeks ago. I tried the chat line and email that is listed, no reply. I started calling on the 2nd and was told they had no clue what was going on. I was told they would investigate and call me back ASAP.  I called again on the 6th after hearing nothing. I was finally told they couldn't find the item. After a couple days and a couple more phone calls I was told the item was found at the Dayton dock and would be on it's way to Cincinnati and be there Thursday night and that they would be calling to schedule. Here it is Monday, I sat on chat for over an hour waiting for someone to answer, I have called and sat on hold for over 40 minutes before hanging up. It's obvious by the reviews and the reports at the better business bureau that this is a joke company that NOONE should be using. It seems all these people have the same problems and same complaints. Literally a nightmare trying to get my item shipped. It has been in my city for a week and was scheduled to come 2 days ago and now I won't be able to get it for another 3 days... what's the point of having an appointment (I had someone stay home to be there for delivery). If I could give negative 5 I would have. Do not use this company period.. Ordered a patio set through Walmart, everything was going great until they sent a message that our furniture was local and ready to be delivered. I followed all of the steps they sent in the email to set up my appointment for a couple days later.I waited all day and it never came. As it was Friday I had to wait until Monday to speak with anyone. When Monday rolled around I was on the phone for 2 1/2 hours, I was promised it would be delivered Wednesday, so once again I sat all day and nothing once again. Called again Thursday morning and got a smart ass who totally couldn't have cared less. He did set up yet another appointment for Friday. And you guessed it no call no show. So after 3 no show appointments I contacted main office by email, got an automated reply they would look into it. By Monday I had had enough and contacted Walmart, they offered to return my money, which I accepted. Wednesday evening I received a call from someone at EFW to personally set up a delivery, uh after 3 no shows I told him I was done and I had already gotten a refund. Walmart really stepped up in this instance and I at least got my money back. If I could give this company zero or negative stars, I would! I ordered patio furniture for Mother's Day for my 78 year old mother. It's a huge box. The company never called to schedule an appointment, just assigned one and expected us to be aware of it. I found out because I logged in to track it. I had arranged help to bring the shipment inside on the day EFW said it would be delivered, but they were a no show. I tried the online chat, but spent nearly 30 minutes "waiting on an agent". I called in and spoke to someone who said the furniture was being delivered tomorrow. They were unwilling to bring it inside, even though they didn't deliver on the day I had scheduled help. We bought a product from Target and they used this company to ship our order. It was dated to deliver the 8th of June. Well, we watched the tracking online and saw that it arrived in our city on the 3rd of June and it sat at their location for 5 days. We had trouble trying to get in contact with anyone at EFW until the the 9th of June. When I finally got in contact with them they told me that they would contact me in 24 to 48 hours to setup a delivery date. We are still waiting to hear from them. read more

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm actually on hold waiting to speak to an agent while writing this review because this is the third time I've called TODAY, and still no update on my delivery. So since I have time today, let me start from the beginning. My package is 121 lbs, so obviously it's not one you can misplace or lose. It was suppose to be delivered on Thursday, July 23rd. Today is August 3rd, a Monday. I have called more than 5 times since my package was suppose to be delivered only to be told by a customer service agent that the terminal in which my package is at isn't answering their phone. After the third time getting in contact with them I was told that a manager was to personally follow up with me later that day to give me a status update and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. Now, I understand that given the times we're all living in, deliveries tend to be a little slower, or there might even be an incident where an employee might have caught Covid, but NO ONE HAS GIVEN ME ANY KIND OF UPDATE. Maybe they broke my package, or even lost it but I wouldn't know because no one from this business has called me back. I even emailed them with no response. I even submitted a complaint to the better business bureau and still no response. I've called three times today: the first time I was put on hold and then hung up on, the second time, I called the actually South SF location and she just transferred me BACK TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE that I had told her didn't help me at all. And now, I've been on hold for almost 20 minutes, waiting for another agent to probably provide me with no update what so ever. I really just want my package or even an update on what's taking so long, whether its you broke it, it was misdelivered, it was lost, the warehouse is temporarily shut down or whatever the hell it is. But seriously, NO UPDATE AT ALL FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED? This is bad business. EFW SUCKS MORE THAN UPS. read more

According to their tracking website, our package arrived at the destination city on January 7th. The company created an appointment for delivery on January 13th. On January 19th, they assured us it would be delivered on January 20th. On January 20th they said they were unable to locate our address. Our address is correctly marked on all location services and is clearly marked from the street. My guess would be that the item never even made it out of the warehouse and onto a delivery truck today. We have NEVER had a delivery company including USPS, FEDEX, Amazon, UPS, or XPO, or even the pizza delivery guy tell us they couldn't find our address. EFW keeps making excuses and we still don't have the item that was scheduled to be delivered more than a week ago and has been in the city for two weeks. I would not give one star if I didn't have to. This company is a joke! i ordered a $600 pool from Walmart and the package was to be here the 22nd by 5pm. I took off work to be home to sign for the package. It wasn't delivered. I called the company and they told me some excuse and I said I would hear back from them in 24 hours.. no call. I called back the next day and they said the package would be delivered Monday at 8 am. No package. I called and talked with them at least 10 times and was lied to each time. I told them I wanted to speak to dispatch and find out where my package was, the supervisor got on the phone and more excuses were made. I was told the Package wasn't on the shipment for that day and they were doing all they could to get it to me. Lies! They admitted the next day that they lost the package. If I could give ZERO stars I wouldnt hesitate. This is the WORST delivery company I have ever had to experience. Having a treadmill delivered should not have required this much communication with the company. Hold times far EXCEEDED 45 minutes each time I had to call (which was over 3 times). The first time was just to schedule the appointment for delivery. That took 40 minutes and thought the date was scheduled as I had confirmed before hanging up the phone. Nope, not the case. They scheduled it for a completely different day. 2nd time I had to call was to find out what was actually going on. The rep, Sebastian, I thought was making efforts to find out what happened and was attempting to fix the issue. After being on the phone over an hour, there was only a 50/50 chance the treadmill would be delivered on the date I CONFIRMED. After it did not arrive that day, it was assumed it would be delivered on the date they decided to schedule it. Nope, they decided they were gonna deliver it a day early! I ordered a big screen TV from Walmart in October. Originally showing a Nov. 4th delivery date. The shipment was assigned toe EFW of Richmond, Virgina for home delivery. A tracking number was assigned. Within days I could see that the TV had been delivered to the McCoy/Orlando distribution center for delivery to my home on October 31st. About that time, I received a change of delivery date from EFW showing that the item, an 85" TV would be delivered on Monday, Nov. 7th instead of the 4th. Not a problem. I took the day off to ensure I would be home to receive the delivery since it was stated that they would leave it in the first dry area, no signature required. I don't have a porch that would completely cover the package if it were raining and I did not want to take the chance that it might be stolen if I were not there to insure it made it into my house. When it had not been delivered as scheduled, prior to 5pm I called EFW. I was told that after further examination, the "team", as they describe their delivery trucks, only deliver to my area on Wednesdays and they were rescheduling this package to be delivered two days later, the 9th of Nov.. Once again, I took the day off to be there for the delivery. On the 9th and due to their missing the delivery date, they promised me a smaller window of delivery time. The tracking number disclosed, out for delivery, prior to 9am. When 9am had come and gone, I called the company to request an update. I was told, they would look into it and get back to me. Sometime in the early afternoon, I received a call from their Richmond office telling me that due to an impending storm moving into the area, their "team" had decided they would not be delivering to my area and were going to reschedule the shipment for the following Wednesday, Nov. 16th. Just an hour prior I received a package I had ordered from Amazon. While outside to pick-up the package I noticed my neighbor receiving a furniture delivery from Rooms to Go. I asked the driver where he was delivering from and was told, Orlando. Same location as where EFW's "team" had refused to deliver from. Once again, I called EFW and was told they would attempt to have the delivery made the next day, Thursday, and since Friday (today) was a holiday, they might be able to make that happen. All this while I have made numerous phone calls and sent no less than a half dozen emails to a customer service rep at EFW. At the end of the day on the 9th, I received yet another email response stating they were unable to schedule the delivery but they would try to get it to me on Monday the 14th. I fully expect that come Monday they will once again provide me with numerous excuses as to why that delivery date can't be made and most probably reaffirm the latest delivery date of the 16th. I am beginning to doubt whether or not they even have or can locate my purchase. So far, this has been the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with and would advise Walmart to drop them from their user list. They show no empathy, compassion or understanding of what a customer/client goes through while anticipating a delivery. They obviously don't care about customer relations or customer service. Throughout this process, I have been in contact with the Walmart Customer Care Team and I have found them to be very caring, responsive, compassionate, empathic and professional. I will not stop ordering from them but given an option, I would next time request they use a forwarding company other than EFW. I see that in most of these reviews a representative requested a shipment/tracking number after the fact so I will provide that now because you still have time to rectify this issue/problem. The absolute WORST shipping experience I have ever had! Bought a pool from Walmart and decided to go smaller so we never took the item out of the box and decided to return right away. This is the company Walmart uses and I have been trying to get them to pick up our item for weeks now! we had a scheduled day and window for them to come and they never showed. We called and they said they were running a little late but were still coming. Again, never showed, after I spend the entire day waiting at home for them to come. Called again, they claimed they would come the next day. Once again, never showed. No one has ever called us to let us know they weren't coming, or that they were running late, or that they needed to reschedule. I have been on the phone with their customer service department at least 10-15 times now and no one there knows anything! All they do Is put you on hold and act as if they're trying to contact another department and then EVERY TIME they come back saying they couldn't get a hold of anyone. WHO is working at this place?!! They refuse to get a supervisor yet no one has answers. All they say is "maybe tomorrow" or "maybe someone will call you". There is zero communication, zero effort, and ZERO integrity with this company. I am STILL waiting for my item to be picked up so that I can receive my refund. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I purchased an item from Target on 3/26/22. EFW was tasked with delivering the item to me. EFW picked up the item from Target and the package arrived at the destination city on 3/31/22. According to Target, the item was supposed to be delivered to me on 4/6/22 but no one from EFW delivered the item on that day. I reached out to EFW to obtain a status on delivery and the rep stated that the item was sitting at their warehouse to be delivered (for reference, here we are 21 days later and the item is still at this "warehouse"). Every time I contact EFW (I have contacted them on at least 5-6 occasions), I am given the run-around or lied to. I get messages such as "you''ll receive the item tomorrow", "you'll get an email in the next day or two about delivery", "we have escalated the issue to corporate and they'll contact you in the next day or two"...no one ever ends up following up or communicating with me on the delivery of my item. At this point, I believe EFW has stolen the package. The level of customer service, the continual lies and misleading behavior, and lack of communication is truly beyond unacceptable. This is the worst shipping company on the planet. I was supposed to have a ping pong table delivered months ago and scheduled the delivery on the website. It never came when I scheduled it. I proceeded to email and call for the next 6 weeks, and was told that the item was lost, then that it was attempted to be delivered on a day I didn't schedule (I was also home that day, it was not attempted). Then the person I had been emailing suddenly left for an entire month. When she finally got back, she told me that the item had arrived damaged and I should order another one. So I did, and when it arrived in the destination city I scheduled a delivery again for today. And guess what? It's not here. Talked with an agent through the website and they said I need to wait for dispatch to call me to confirm the appointment I scheduled a week ago. I was lied to repeatedly about the timeline of the delivery. I ended up having to reschedule. I was also assured that I was getting white glove service to find out that I did not. This left me with an unassembled product which I now have to pay to get assembled. I am profoundly disappointed. These people are disorganized and have no sense of customer service. They were contracted by iconFitness to pick up a defective NordicTrack treadmill from my home. icon/NordicTrack was sending me a replacement and scheduled this pick up. I received an email from EFW about a week ago to schedule the day of pickup. I chose a pickup of 10/21/20. I was advised that due to COVID I needed to have the 330 pound treadmill either in the driveway or just inside the threshold of the garage. After getting help to get the thing moved to the garage the evening before pickup, I decided to call EFW yesterday to confirm they would be out to my house as arranged. I spoke to "Juan" who confirmed they would be here between noon and 5pm. At 5pm, after nobody showed up or called, I called them back, but the person who answered the phone could only tell me that they've gone for the day. At 7:30AM today, I called again. I spoke to another gentleman who advised me that the local contractor they hired ran out of room at their warehouse, so they are no longer accepting "athletic equipment." Wow... I guess it would be a bit much to expect them to call me and let me know there was an issue. But, the guy I spoke to this morning told me he is escalating my case to get a new truck lined up to pick up the treadmill; he implied it would be today and told me that he'd give me a call back to let me know what time I should expect the truck to be here. Four hours later, no call back from EFW. So... I called again and reached Juan. He told me nobody would be here today to pick it up. Unlikely tomorrow because they just can't arrange anything that quickly - and since they don't work weekends, it would probably be sometime next week. The irony is that each time I have called them, they make me recite my name, ticket number, address, phone number and email. So I know they have my information in order to proactively update me (the customer). Anyway, it seems as though it's just large companies that use these people, but based on my experience with them, they don't represent the people who hire them very well. On the other hand, the company that Nordic Track uses to deliver their treadmills (Ryder Last Mile) was awesome and well organized; I would highly recommend them.
