Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Maybe other clients have just had the good fortune of having better experiences and better people to provide their services to them. This just doesn't happen to be the case for me. Obviously, this isn't the right medspa for me or for my needs/concerns.

This was apparently their last day of operation before the FDA shut this location down, something I was not informed about at the time. During my visit, they were aggressively pushing me to purchase a $750 package deal, which I'm very glad I declined. Not only did my Botox show absolutely no results, but I was never contacted afterward regarding what happened. I was not informed about the brand used, and no follow-up or accountability was provided. After I learned about the FDA closure, I reached out to them expressing concern since I had just received treatment there a few days prior. They never responded to my message. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Patients deserve transparency, safety, and proper communication especially when procedures are being performed right before a regulatory shutdown. I strongly urge others to be cautious. I am still expecting accountability and a proper response regarding what was injected and why there has been no follow-up or refund.
