I waited weeks for this appointment and received this message as I was walking in from the parking lot 3 min late. I have previously waited 20 min when they were delayed and had no issue w it. Another time I was 7 min late (traffic) but paid for my session anyway. I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.

Roxanne was far from that. She was so informative about how to do upkeep, she went above and beyond by using an after spray powder to dry the fresh tan, she used a lotion to keep elbows, knees, hands, etc from turning that yucky orange, and overall she was so great to chat with! She was very meticulous about the spray tan by taking her time, and I'm very appreciative of that. Not to mention, she gives a little vial of body wash to use for a few uses.
