Don't go to Dulce Lash Lounge! They are baiting and switching their GroupOns and they are knowingly price gouging! Go elsewhere if you can! I was recommended to Dulce Lash Lounge Bellevue by a very good friend whom I trust. I was looking for RF microneedling and she sent me a Groupon. I called and spoke to the Aesthetician who promised to honor the Groupon. Suggested that I not purchase it. At the appointment, with numbing cream on my face, she casually mentions that the cost is not $99 but $297. Tells me lies upon lies which were confusing to me, including the fact that the Groupon wasnt for RF (that she hears this from a lot of customers); that she was offering me a special; the special is the same as my friend; which was 50% off some price. I didn't know what to say and I didn't want to ruin my friend's friendship with the Aesthetician, Alyssia. So, I paid her but when I got home, I reviewed the GroupOn and it does clearly say RF microneedling. I called my friend, $297 she pays is for both face and neck, not just face which is what I had done. When I called the Arsthetician for a refund asking her to honor the Groupon which she had promised to do via text/phone she attempted to lie but then passed the baton to the owner, Angela who also lied And then ghosted me! So be warned! Dont go to Dulce Lash Lounge unless you like being lied to and manipulated and have money to burn!! I am planning to write a complaint to GroupOn and BBB and AG. I asked Molly for a cat eye look, showed her a picture, and clearly said I wanted it short at the beginning and long at the end (11 maximum). But she ended up doing sizes that were pretty much the same. When I mentioned it, she said, "Oh, I thought this was better so people can still see," even though I had already explained and shown exactly what I wanted. Then she said, "It's just a little bit of cat eye, I think it looks good like that," but that's not what I asked for. I wanted the actual cat eye effect and that was I told her but she literally did something else. It would be nice if they actually listened to what the client is asking for instead of changing it on their own. This is my go-to lash place. They had a lot of appointment scheduling glitches when I first started coming here. My appointments would keep getting rescheduled etc. but that hasn't been an issue anymore. Quincy is my saving grace! My favourite lash tech. She is phenomenal and her work is great. She's become a friend after going back to her for months now because she's super reliable and easy to talk to and knows exactly how to get my lashes right. I don't even sleep during my appointments anymore like I used to because Quincy and I just chat the entire time! She gives the best customer experience and my lashes always look fabulous! I have had several lash lifts from dulce lash. This one I can say was by far the worse. The lash technician was so rough during the procedure. My eyes kept watering for the pain of her poking and prodding at my eyes. At one point she ripped the lash rod off my eye to reposition it. She was very rude as to why my eyes were watering asking "well what is it". She took about 15 min to find two rods that were pair. The rest of the procedure was fine until it came time to take the solution and rod off. She was again very rough, ripping the rod off and then forcefully wiping off the residue. I have had lash lifts from dulce and I can honestly say you cannot tell anything has actually been done with my lashes. The results were not worth the pain. Not to mention after getting home I noticed there was still glue all over my eyelids and parts of my face had tint on them. I have been able to remove some of the tint and glue but having difficulties removing the remainder. Fair to say I will never have one of the services done again. Not worth the pain, money, or clean up. read more

The place is cozy and clean. Please note: the space is under construction. However, it didn't interfere with my appointment in any way. I was told construction should be completed soon. My facial was EVERYTHING and my skin was glowing!! I deducted a star because it was quite cold in the room. A warm blanket or heating blanket would have made the experience 5-star! I didn't have a good lash lift experience with my stylist Tanisha. I wish that she could have been more gentle. My eyes hurt a lot when she cleaned them and when she removed the rods. The end result was sloppy as well. I went home and found a bunch of dried glue stuck on my eye lids and my lashes, which was tough to remove. I don't understand how a professional lash artist can let their client walk off with just the INNER HALF OF EACH EYELID attached to lash extensions and think that's okay. Tanisha was SO unprofessional. I laid down, she looked at my lashes, and said she could complete the volume lash fill I scheduled. Instead, she said she "ran out of time" and sent me off with only HALF of EACH eyelid filled! She removed what other lashes I had and left the whole outer half of each eyelid BARE. One half volume lash filled, and the other half completely bare. There was no communication with me at all, at the very beginning of the appointment all the way through to the end, about her not being able to complete the fill. She even responded with, "Well what do you want me too?" I looked SO BIZARRE!!! I walked up to the front desk and they made me pay $88 (price of the volume fill I originally scheduled)!!! Tanisha told me she could finish the fill if I come back later in the day, which I did (it was SO embarrassing to be in public looking like that), and then she STILL wasn't able to complete the fill. The other lash artist that was there volunteered to help by at least removing them, since they had no time to complete the fill. I paid $88 for a lash fill and got them removed instead. I'm still in shock. They stole my money and time. What if I wasn't able to come back due to plans or obligations?? I'm grateful I at least got them removed so I didn't have to walk around looking like a CLOWN! I want my money back and to speak with a manager. I've already called twice and left a voicemail, but still no response. They made me feel so terrible. Worst lash experience ever. read more

I came here with a Groupon and made an appointment before my long trip. I arrived about 10 minutes late, but didn't think it would be a huge difference. I paid for volume lashes, but in the end, they looked like a classic fill instead. There weren't too many lashes, which was so disappointing. I can't believe that this service regularly costs $268!! Definitely not worth it. I have been to Dulce on two occasions, with at least a year in between, both with the same result. I can't imagine paying full price for this service. I'd recommend getting your lashes done elsewhere, where your volume lashes are ACTUALLY voluminous. I reached out to them after, and Angela, the owner, said it was due to me not having enough lashes to begin with. I've never had any other person say I have few lashes... she also didn't want to rectify the situation at all. I will not be coming back here!! read more
