They booked me in for early the morning. When I arrived they got me in to a room quickly. I told them I had never been to a spa before, and the receptionist was kind and told me what to do. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. There were covid measures in place, with an air purifier, fresh bed dressings, and an additional cover for the table where my head went. As far as the massage, it was really really wonderful. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects. She was very friendly and warm, and was happy to talk and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back.

But there's a reason I keep coming back and it's so much more than the treatments themselves. I recently had Quantum RF and many Morpheus8 sessions on all body areas and I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Reyrao, Nurse Jahna and Master Aesthetician Adriana. Dr. Reyrao was absolutely incredible. She was so knowledgeable, patient and genuinely skilled at what she does. She took the time to explain things, answer my questions and make sure I understood what was happening rather than making me feel rushed or like just another appointment. And I ask a lot of questions! You can tell she really cares about her craft and more importantly, she cares about the person sitting in front of her or laying on the procedure table I should say! I felt completely comfortable putting myself in her hands. Her right hand woman, Nurse Jahna was also amazing. She was so helpful and accommodating, even when I had some last minute changes and she worked so seamlessly with Dr. Reyrao. You could genuinely see how well they work together. It didn't feel like separate people doing separate jobs. I was watching the whole time during the procedure and it felt like a team that was communicating and looking out for me the entire time. I felt very safe and very well cared for. And what really stood out to me was the care after care treatment. They actually called to check on me and make sure I was doing okay late in the evening! That might seem like a small thing but it really isn't. When you're doing treatments on your face/body, especially something more intensive, it means a lot to know that someone is still thinking about you after you leave. Master aesthetician, Adriana was also amazing. She was so attentive before, during and after the treatment. She was constantly checking in, making sure I was comfortable and making sure I was okay. And after the Morpheus treatment, she came in and made sure everything was taken care of properly. She is always paying attention to how I was feeling emotionally and physically too. She makes me feel safe, reassured and cared for as a whole person. She is clearly knowledgeable and skilled as well! Plus she's like a free therapist people! Come on! It can't get any better than that! She is precise and skilled with every treatment! And then there's Noemi. The QUEEN. I've been a long term customer here and I honestly think one of the biggest reasons I've stayed is because of her. Noemi has such a genuine heart. She is always thinking about the people who walk through her doors and how to make their experience better. I've tried so many of the treatments and newer technologies they've brought in over the years and I really appreciate that they're constantly looking for the newest and best technology rather than just buying something cheap and putting a fancy name on it. And trust me I notice. I've basically done every treatment/technology that comes through here at this point. But what makes this place different is that I have never felt like a number or like someone they're just trying to sell another package to. They treat me like an actual human being. They listen. They remember things. They care about how I'm doing. And there's a genuine level of trust that has been built over time. Noemi, I hope you know how much that means. You've created an environment where people can come in wanting to look better, but they also leave feeling cared for, reassured and valued. That says so much about the kind of person you are and the culture you've created around you.I can't say the same for other MedSpas that I've visited.
