The front desk staff was not very kind or welcoming during checkout. I was made to feel embarrassed for not knowing that two extra waxing strips would cost an additional $22, and that the travel-size wipes were $13 after being told they were free. I left feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and like I wasn't treated very well by the front desk. While I appreciated the kindness of the person who provided the service, the checkout experience really impacted how I felt leaving the appointment. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

There were plenty of available time slots when I made my reservation. Upon arrival, they had a large staff. The space was a bit tight, but the experience was still comfortable. I also appreciated the detailed parking instructions provided during booking and the appointment reminders. During my service, I had two staff members working on me at the same time, with one handling my hands and the other my feet. They were responsive to my requests regarding nail and cuticle trimming, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the nail polish on my hands did not fully cover my nail beds. Additionally, I only received scrubbing on one leg. I'm not sure if that was due to the combination service but I was hoping for a more thorough exfoliation to help remove dead skin from my feet. They were very attentive when it came to trimming and filing my toenails. I was happy with how my feet looked when the service was finished.
