The Italian sandwich had a great flavor - it had a sweet Italian dressing, mayo on the bread, fresh lettuce, cheese, and several meats including baloney, salami, and pepperoni. The bread was soft and fresh. The cucumber salad got a little soggy in the vinegar mix. They were perfectly salty, but could have been a bit more sweet for my personal taste.

I think it is one of the lighter dishes - certainly lighter than what my dining companions ordered - but it was still quite rich with a fair amount of gouda fondue in the tomato bisque soup. I think this is because they use a sticker system on all the food/drinks, but this seems like a service win to help customers that can be easily accomplished. The salad was fine. The buratta felt a little small, but overall it was good. I'd visit again for a healthy option, despite some concerns about the experience.
