Felt the pizza could have been cooked a few minutes more, but that is my liking. It wasn't very busy, but had a lot of staff on hand. When it was slow the pizza makers would sit at the tables in the dining area on their phones, didn't mind that, but wasn't sure if they washed their hands afterwards when it was time to prepare pizza orders. They were good but a bit overdone. Pizza was a very thin crust, but we like it that way. Unfortunately the crust was also very charred. Not typical brick oven char, but much heavier. My wife could not eat it. She said it must be "an acquired taste". I believe they may just need to clean their brick oven. Restaurant has cute decor and ambience. Not very crowded either with the amazing weather we are having. If you are a brick oven connoisseur this may be the place for you, probably not a restaurant we will frequent in the future.
