Just bought a car here. Overall a good experience. The car was in great shape, I had it checked out by my trusted mechanic at home and they agreed that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle worth mentioning. We noticed that the AC Compressor was no good before buying, and Elvis pledged to have it fixed at no charge, though I would have to come back to do so. I live in NY, so this wasn't ideal, but then they were able to fix it same-day after all, and we were able to leave with the car that day. We had a disagreement on pricing based on the price being listed lower on Car Gurus than on their own site, but it was eventually settled and I got the lower price. All the while realizing that this was likely an (admittedly quite effective) strategy by them to get ONE of the listed sticker prices for the vehicle instead of haggling for lower, but regardless it was within the KBB range, so I was happy with it. We just bought a car from Eston Auto and couldn't be happier. We really shopped around and based on pictures, they had one of the nicest Lexus RX350's we saw online. There were other shops with lower prices for the same car, but also less than stellar reviews. So we decided, based on these reviews and pictures, to go with Eston Auto, despite it being farther away from our home. We were very happy to experience such great customer service and professionalism! First off, I called Roman before I had checked the closing hours. Unfortunately, and unintentionally, I called him after the dealer had already officially closed. In fact, Roman was already home from work. Despite my objections that I didn't want to bother him on his time off, he brokered the deal to get me the price I was asking and then drove in back to work to complete the sale with us. Despite the dealership being hour past their posted closing hours, the entire staff treated us with respect and didn't make us feel rushed at all. The sales manager, Janno, was also fantastic to work with. Both he and Roman never made us feel pressured or awkward like you might expect when you go to buy a car. After we bought the car, Janno insisted he take the car to be washed (despite it now being close to 2 hours past their closing time) and spent time explaining all the details of the car. HORRIBLE. AVOID, SCAMMERS, NOT HONEST, WILL SELL YOU A VEHICLE IN BAD CONDITION. Vehicles are sold and not told what is wrong with them. They give you a good price and then when you come back with something wrong they tell you well that's why you got it for cheap so now you can fix with the difference that you saved. A group of us got together and decided to out this dealership after finding out that we have been scammed. We are looking for other measures to avoid this from happening to someone else. read more

Worst dealership ever. Make sure your car gets checked by a mechanic before purchasing. They rely strongly on their "as is" policy however they are not very truthful as to what really is the condition of the car. Car bought needed suspension to be worked on and "owner" requested that I pay for half of it to get fixed and that it could of happened when I drove out the lot. How ridiculous. Reporting this business to the better business bureau and filing a complaint with MVC - Business Licensing Service. Bad business. read more

Initially, the 2003 jeep liberty purchase was a horrible experience. However Sven Steinfeld the owner of Eston Auto has refunded the purchase price $3945 for what unfortunately turned out to be a 137k mile lemon with transmission and engine problems. Because he kept his word and made this transaction right for my spouse who is disabled (preceding review here by Mirna M.), we are now willing to give Eston Auto a 4-star review. Just do your homework because as even Sven admitted "any car in this price range may bring some issues along with it." Get an independent mechanic to check it out and you will save 2 months of headaches. read more

Staff was nice however my car is not. I have had my car less than 2 months and have had to replace multiple components. Now my car is leaning to one side and it will be back to the shop again, not to mention it will need brakes and rotors very soon. I expected to leave with a reliable vehicle that was safe. I feel uneasy driving far from home in this car and am tired of spending money on a car I just purchased. Don't let the teeny parking lot steer you away from doing a through inspection! Horrible! I would avoid it if I was you . They are lier and they broke my trust especially the guy Roman. I contacted him about the Ford Escape 2008 181k miles he's asking for $6,999 I agreed with him and I asked if the price is negotiable ,that was okay with him as well he said the car had no mechanical issues. I was glad I set an appointment with him for Monday ,I came all the way from Long Island valley stream to see that the car has no breaks and there is a big issue with the motor , I was very patience. Wasted my whole day there with that lier and greedy Roman . Walk out very mad and pissed wasted my whole day on nothing, he think he's slick thinking he's gonna sell us a car that is broken , he's thinking we are stupid and he's gonna play us , yes I'm a girl probably know nothing about cars , but I'm not dumb .
