The new patient paperwork is available online to fill out prior to your initial visit. I had already used up my x-ray benefits and the front desk was very quick to discuss with me what the charge would be with insurance. After I was seated in the exam chair, which is comfortable by the way, I was greeted by one of the doctors to discuss my toothache symptoms. Dr. Lewellen detailed my x-ray scans and described everything in simple terms as well as the necessary action plans needed to keep my teeth in good shape. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal in order to relieve my sensitivity and they were able to fit me in the same day. Dr. Budhani (the dentist who owns the facility) was brought over to perform the procedure and was very informative and provided a calm atmosphere before they began the procedure. Both doctors and assistants were professional and made me feel at ease with the procedure and continually checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing alright.
