I took 2)- wire spoke wheels w/tires mounted to check balance. He introduced me to his balance expert and then they both checked and adjusted the balance weights for me. The outstanding part of this story is this was at 'No Charge'... I haven't seen this type of service since I was a kid...(ol' guy').
