Extremely rude and unprofessional business. Took my semi to get a quote for all 10 new tires, the young lady gave me two different prices, chose one of them and she swore they were all going to be the same exact size as the original tires. Two days later I take my truck and found out the steer tires are much smaller, the lady never told me that the same tire size I had were much more expensive. I told the owner to give me a better deal since I was buying all of them, said no and threw a huge fit like a brat. Buddy dint make the sale and the next day I got the whole set up mounted at my yard for much cheaper from a mobile tire guy and all matching tires. read more

Stopped by because I had a flat just to get a price for 2 used tires since its a smaller shop near my house. Have an 04 dodge ram 1500 and was able to get both tires put on $100 even. Thought I'd be there forever since it was a Friday afternoon and there were already cars there but he said it would be 15 maybe 20 minutes and he was true to his word! Stripped lug nut and tried to force a different size which messed up stud. He hands me my old lug nut and say "We don't have any". I was frustrated and left and noticed a strong pull to the right, I checked the air pressure and had 52 LF, 44RF, 42LR and 40RR, my vehicle is supposed to be at 35psi. I went in with 4 valve stem caps and left with 1 black and 1 chrome.Upon paying I didn't even get a thank you from cashier. I have spent over 30 years in the repair industry and have plenty of trusted contacts to do the work. I was in a hurry and I have had others tell me good things about 3 Bears so I gave them a chance. Unfortunately now I have to spend more time and money because of their mistakes. Now I will check the torque on lug nuts since they only use an impact. read more

Been here 3 times in the past 2 years. Cheap tires almost half of what you can get anywhere else. I hit a curb on my way to work, called and ask if I can have it towed there with keys inside, and they had no problem with it. I'm glad I put my trust here. They are the fastest in the business. I take mine at Three Bears, they even had my rims serviced for cheap after hitting a curb and didn't have to buy new ones at $300 a piece. If you need a tire or four Three Bears is your place. Definitely worth the drive from Dallas. read more

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. They sold me tired that were patched in illegal places. They broke the tire sensor and then refused to pay for the part they broke. They put duct inside the tire to hide what they did. When we returned both of the tires for a refund they were yelling at my husband and I. They were harassing us and we feared for our safety. The tires they sold us put my family in danger. We went to discount tire to get new tires and they were absolutely appalled by the tires that they sold to us. they said it was the worst they've ever seen and that it was illegal to sell tires in that condition because of where the patchwork was. This establishment should be put out of business for what they are doing. they do not care about the The peoples lives they are putting in danger they are just looking to make a quick buck.
