We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Instead of trying to upsell me or charge me an arm and a leg to fix it, he immediately advised me that it would not be worth my time or money to try to fix it. He suggested it's time for a new laptop. I offered to pay him for the the time he spent on diagnosing it and he refused. Even though the laptop didn't survive, from this point forward, I will be going to Alpha computers exclusively for all my electronics repairs because I know this is an honest professional business that I can trust.
