When they realized their error, the front desk person told me that she's "not a mind reader" and that it was my fault for not knowing when the last time I had X-rays done. I've never been disrespected by a front desk person like this before at any establishment in the past, especially while I kept my composure and professionalism. Since Patterson sold the business to whoever the new owner is, the service has deteriorated year after year and I've final had enough. Don't believe me, just take a look at the reviews from a few years ago when Patterson was still the owner and compare them to the more recent reviews and you'll see what I mean. I was with them for 10 years, but no more. The rest of my family has already left this dentistry over the last couple of years and I was the last one holding out. Needless to say, I wont be going back to this place, especially when there's other options in town. Don't waste your time with these folks unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and disrespected in front of other customers

She soon told me that she had never done this before but my shaking was so bad, I'm about to make her vomit in her mouth and she had to put ne out of her sight because she couldn't take me anymore, she spoke do loud that everyone could hear. When Dr Spenser Jr seen me I felt he was trying to get me out as soon as possible. I'm on handicap transportation, when he finished he opened the door for me to leave. I had to wait outside for a while for my transportation to come. I do have a nervous condition where I do shake but she could have been a little polite. I heard her telling them that she just can't take it no more, I just didn't know it was me. Dr Spenser just listened but he never told her to be nicer. The hygienist was so kind and never made me feel like we were being rushed- she really took time to talk to both of us and to try to help my son feel more comfortable. Both the dentist and the hygienist were very helpful in getting everything done while also making the experience as easy as possible for my little guy. Do not go there, not terribly nice, send random bills and view you as a dollar sign, not a client.
