Not that unusual anymore but I believe it is the only one in MD that uses CO2 so the beer will stay good for 60 days instead of several.

The pan seared scallops came out with a strong "fishy" smell. They however were tasty and spicy. This was a small plate as it was only 3 scallops in total.
