Coming in, I was greeted by the guy at the front desk. Super nice and let me walk in on a Sunday evening. It wasn't busy but also not fully staffed. So everyone was occupied with a client. I get in the pedicure chair and wait for a bit. My feet are soaking in the water for probably almost 10 min. So I'm sure it's good enough. Here's where it just goes down hill. My nail tech was nice at first but throughout the service, I could just tell the job was going to be bad. After my feet had been soaking, he noticed leftover polish and instead of using polish remover, he used the buffer so hard on my big toe, that it broke my skin the second toe and it bled. I literally told him to stop and he said "oh have you been bleeding?" Like hello? He goes over to the right leg was about to buffer again and I said "stop". I ask him to use something else. The paint job? Oh my. Pictures will speak for itself but gosh glad it wasn't a premium service. He didn't even put the spacers on correctly. The lady next to him had to help me get a bandaid because he didn't give me one. Just dabbed neosporin. Never in my life had I ever had a bad nail job. I did speak up but it's just not enough to come back. The tech was already ignoring proper procedures.

This is a nice, huge, clean salon. You pick a color and then wait to be called. They offer complimentary drinks such as bottled water, juices, coffee, etc. I opted for cranberry juice. Big screen tvs on all corners of the salon so you can watch TV. They have a basic pedicure for $32 but chose to get the Bahama Breeze $40 which was amazing! The only thing I was thrown off was paying at the end it asked for tip percentage when I already tipped the woman who did my pedicure in cash. Other than that I will definitely return.

One person does both my shellac and pedicure, which I like. I have had some bad experiences with being handed off to other techs for different services, but not here. They are very kind. There was no clear timeline or communication about when my service would actually begin. Over an hour passed and my nail service had still not started. Pricing was given only after my pedicure had already begun, which made me feel obligated to continue even though I was uncomfortable with the timing. Because I had to leave for childcare pickup, I paid $50 and left with my acrylics removed and no polish on my pedicure. To be honest, my feet now feel rough, almost like sandpaper, which is what ultimately pushed me to leave this review. I wasn't planning to return regardless, but the unfinished and poor-quality pedicure made it hard to just let this go. Clear communication, upfront pricing, and respect for customers' time are basic expectations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I won't be returning.
