New update: like I mentioned before I LOVE Dr. Kashani but today she gave me life. I went out of town Friday to Monday and it being Tuesday I can tell u have have been in pain for 4 days. Not sure what I did on my trip but my left leg/ankle and left arm was feeling so out of whack. I couldn't walk well, I couldn't wear my watch, and I had a hard time sleeping. This morning I went to my orthopedic doctor to check things out since both areas I've had prior trauma. I had an appointment with her at 3 and my pain, the tingly feeling and the weight of my pain went away. She noticed that my hips were out of alignment and recommended a few things to make it better. I literally feel like a different person now than I did this morning. I stand by her, if your looking for a person with magic hands it's her! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Kashani! Dr. Kashani gave me my life back. When I first started going to Dr. Kashani I was definitely a skeptic but I was desperate to find something that would help me with my chronic pain. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 4 years ago and have suffered with chronic pain, cognitive fog, and chronic fatigue. Dr. Kashani is a lifesaver! I've been seeing her for a little over a year and not only is she one of the most calming, kind, and encouraging people you will ever meet, but she has also helped me feel significantly better within the time I have been seeing her. Dr. Kashani was able to help me discover an autoimmune thyroid issue, as well as vitamin D and iron deficiencies through the proper blood tests (along with a slew of other things). Numerous Western doctors never checked these levels. She's helped me to discover which supplements I need to be on (based on those tests) and is also just great at all around life advice...she might as well also be considered my therapist lol! Dr. Kashani is one of the best acupuncturists I have ever been to (and i've been to a handful). She is so gentle with the needles, yet very effective. If the needles are holding you back from getting acupuncture, make an appt with Dr. Kashani...she is gentle. Dr. Kashani is the best! I saw her because I had a head cold but on top of that was incredibly stressed out and exhausted. I was coughing, congested, hadn't slept in like a week, and just was not properly caring for my body. I had never received acupuncture before and was a little nervous because I do not care for needles, but Dr. Kashani instantly put me at ease. She is kind and soothing and I truly did not notice the needles at all, going in or during the 20 minutes of meditation. After my session was over I felt energized and decongested, and the following morning I woke up rested, breathing through my nose, and without coughing! I started seeing Dr. Kashani for acupuncture and fertility issues, but ended up receiving much more! She fully evaluated my diet, supplements, sleep, and stress levels. I was open to additional testing, like blood tests for specific deficiencies. Dr. Kashani was able to order the right tests and her ability to accurately read the results and recommend a treatment plan of various supplements was very beneficial! Some people don't want to take vitamin/mineral supplements and feel they are overkill or that you can get all you need by eating a healthy diet. This is not true! I feel so much better, am sleeping better, and look better. And I'm 6 months pregnant and have had a very easy and smooth pregnancy with no symptoms! Dr. Kashani was able to recommend the proper supplements for pregnancy and I look forward to continuing to utilize her acupuncture services through the end to ease my discomfort as I grow larger :) read more

I had never done acupuncture before and used to be scared of it but had heard of the many benefits of it, such as help with digestion, blood circulation and pain relief. During my first visit, Dr. Kashani nicely and patiently explained to me and reassured me that acupuncture needles do not hurt at all. I started getting treatments with her to help with the stomach pains I had been experiencing and to even out the blood flow circulation in my body. I also got cupping treatments on my thighs to open up the blood flow stagnation and smooth out my skin. I never knew that cellulite are caused by stagnation of blood flow in your body but Dr. Kashani explained it all to me. I used to have some cellulite on my thighs but now they are barely visible and my thighs look slimmer too. Overall, I felt so much better after just one treatment and let me say, you DO NOT even sense the needles. Cupping hurts a bit but it's totally worth it! I've had 10 or more sessions so far and I'm definitely going back. I highly highly recommend acupuncture and cupping treatments, specially with Dr. Kashani! read more
