I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!

They are competitively priced and exceptionally consistent in their care for our pool and equipment. I see the same person at my home weekly and they have the same routine. The pool and the equipment have been taken care of as if it is their own. We have had a couple of challenges with the pool equipment through the years and Larry makes sure that his team is responsive and comes to the property himself if needed. We have found that all fixes are very reasonably priced and the work done expeditiously, we have never had to call them back about work completed. Just used Todd's services to replace a pool pump with a new federally required variable speed…read moremotor. They are pricey at $1,267 but a three year old federal law will not let you replace a pool motor that goes bad with a $300 replacement motor. (Like me, I'll bet many pool owners are not aware of this.) I checked around and prices were the same with other pool companies. Those companies did not have valid contractor licenses with the state. For a price over $1,000, Arizona law requires that the work be performed by a licensed contractor. I went on www.azroc.gov which is for the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and through a search there found Always Clean. The installation was great and it took him a little over two hours including the training of how to use the computer system it has. You can spot a true professional by how accurately they can perform a repair or install task. Also, they can troubleshoot any existing problems with ease. Todd made it look easy. There is no way that I could have done it. When your kids or grandkids swim in a pool you want absolute safety. Hiring a licensed contractor is worth it.

Azul Pools redid the gel coat on my pool prior to me purchasing my home in Phoenix. I noticed a…read morecouple tiles coming loose and called to give them the business since they had previously worked on the pool. I was outside of the 3 year warranty that they offered by about 6 months, but had no problem paying for the work. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant each time I called, but it took several attempts over several weeks to get a call back from someone who could assist. Each time she said she'd pass my info on and I'd hear back when they (I believe the owner, but I can't say for sure) returned. I finally got ahold of someone and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair the tiles. I changed my work schedule around to accommodate their appointment window and they never showed. I called towards the end of the window and then again afterwards. I left voicemails each time to try to find out if they were still coming. Nobody answered and I never received a call back. I strongly suggest giving your money to a business that wants and appreciates it.

Johnny knows his stuff- he came out the same day for a quote even though he said he was really…read morebusy. He met with me and we went deeply into the problems with my pool and filter system . I just purchased this house and the pool was told to me the only thing that really needed to be addressed- It was GREEN , tile was falling off, the pump and filters hadn't been cleaned in years , the light was out and there were chunks of plaster missing! Well we worked out a work plan to address the most important things first and he delivered! 1) Green to BEAUTIFUL in no time! 2) I bought a new variable speed pump and he installed it and also asked if i wanted the PVC replaced for almost No money! Well he replaced the pump and all the PVC and even painted it to match without me even having to tell him! The pump was programmed and everything works great without a single problem 9 months later! (See picture above ) 3) He drained the pool washed the sides a couple months later and repaired the small chunks that were missing (too expensive at time to re-plasterer for (2) small areas) then filled up the pool and made the chemicals correct- 4) The CHERRY ON TOP - without asking every single time he came he would always grab a yard broom i left outside on the side of my house and would sweep falling leaves away from my pool from neighbors trees . He would make them into little piles 5 feet away - 5) He replaced my old light that was burnt out and had a LED light on his truck. He drained half the water below the light , and removed the light then He then pulled the wire to the electrical connection by the filter, the outlet was also bad so he went to home depot and bought a new weather proof box and did made everything work! Johnny your service is outstanding and i wouldn't go with another pool company ever! The most amazing part is the price ! All the stuff i explained above would have been 300-400% of what another company wanted ! I had a pool repair company there 2 weeks before and $$$ - Thank you Johnny for your hard work and to get me my newly renovated pool! Couple more projects to go!!

Oh how the mighty have fallen. We were blessed enough to have Colin as our pool technician when we…read morefirst started. Since then, we've had easily 3 new technicians. We didn't notice the decline at first. Things were maintained to an acceptable level and the team (Amelia in particular) was super responsive. Then, things took a sharp turn for the worst. Our pool started showing signs of pool algae. I had to bring this to the attention of the owner and he confirmed they would shock the pool. Little details down to simply not skimming, leaving the waterfall on, in and out within 5-10 minutes and I had enough. Attached are images of how they left our pool. The owner was quick to point blame on us, while admitting that yes, indeed, they had changed technicians. Avoid this company and seek services elsewhere. We have different standards of service. Colin and Amelia are gems and I wish this business continued success. It's too bad we had to part ways on such disappointing terms after such a wonderful beginning.
