I've been a fan of this pool service since before the name changed. I can always rely on our pool guy Chad to keep our pool crystal clear even though I am pretty far from his normal service area. (I'm in Mesa.) Recently though, I was having a lot of trouble with a new vacuum purchased from my old pool service company. Chad explained the pros and cons of the pressure vac that I had versus a suction vac. I decided to convert my system to suction, and the job was done the following week on my normal service day. Guy charged me $80 to inspect a pool before I bought a house with a pool. He obviously never even looked at everything because when I took out the vacuum and tried turning on the pop up jets half of them didn't work. He was also suppose to get me a written estimate to fix the light bulb that was blown and s minor other thing. Waste of money. read more

Although I believe this man has knowledge of pools he is an absolute nightmare to work with. Dishonest about price of items he recommends that we purchase (in our experience these items included: parts for our pop up system, a backwash valve, and an in pool vacuum cleaner). Quoted us with the price of the objects as well as his service fee, when we purchased the items ourselves he said his service fee was much more than the original quote (probably because the price he had given us for the objects was WAY off). He asked me to return the items and buy them through him instead and then he would charge the original service fee that I was quoted. The cost of doing that would have been more than if I had just paid his new service fee ? We ended up doing the service ourselves (it was actually extremely easy). When he came to do weekly service of the pool and saw that we installed the vacuum ourselves he sent me a text saying he was terminating our agreement (which is a relief because I was planning to do the same !) but he didn't even service the pool fully that day and we had prepaid for that to be done! I left an honest review on google and he began sending me nasty text messages, cussing me out and name calling, being extremely aggressive and unprofessional. Very scary for a women to have a grown man who knows where I live and knows how to access our yard speak to me & verbally attack me like that. Thank god we have cameras all around the house/yard that give notifications when there is motion. Beware this "company". Also there is no online payment portals or service reminders through text or email, not very convenient even if the company was legit. Minimal service at best. Avg. time to clean pool was 3-5 minutes. Customer service attitude was very poor.

I cannot speak for his service and skill since I have been unable to get him to come to my home in Chandler to quote my repair. My issue is not critical and my system is not down so I had time and I let him know that. We played phone and email tag for several weeks and then when I tried to secure an onsite visit to make sure that the quote was real and I would not have any cost surprises, he just stopped responding. If you are not interested in my business then please just tell me so and don't leave your potential customers hanging in the lurch. read more

After paying for a tile cleaning job, which is very pricey, the lime scale came back a few weeks later (less than one month). We were told we needed to drain our pool and pay to have the cleaning done again. 1) we were told he would drain half of the water and everything should be fine 2)why didn't he check our hardness before the cleaning.
