The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. He came prepared. He took time to also explain a few other things to help my pull vacuum, run more efficiently and made some suggestions. Very pleased with this company. The job was completed in less than nine days. He kept every promise and did a fantastic job. His crews were professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after each day of work. Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

They recommended we hire a pin point leak detection company, who drained our pool and found no leaks ($650 down the drain). Separately, they recommended acid washing our pool and we trusted them when they said it would bring out the white in the pebble tec. Instead, we got unsightly streaks throughout our entire pool. We hired a new pool company who promptly found the source of the leaks (a twisted O-ring that happened when the previous company changed out the filter). Replaced it for $25 and no dirt since. But the ugly discoloration remains, and I've tried working with them to help me repair this, to no avail. I'm highly frustrated every time I look at the pool.
