If late delivery, poor communication and hours of assembly is your style..they are the company for you. Not once did they mention the hours of assembly this would take...they said it was easy.

After our initial decision, Chris and team also helped with the best deals and how we can maximize our savings. These couches are obviously not the most affordable so any type of savings is always appreciated especially with three little ones. The whole process took over a month and a half... we received the pieces but then found that some didn't work out as expected. Unfortunately, I am now dealing with spring failure for the second time, and my experience trying to get Saatva to stand behind its product has been extremely disappointing. My original mattress developed spring problems and had to be replaced under warranty. Even though it was a warranty issue, I paid $668 for the replacement (Order #19001155306) on March 10, 2021. Importantly, Saatva allowed me to keep the defective mattress until the replacement arrived, so I was never left without a bed. Now the replacement mattress is failing too. A couple of months ago, I began hearing and feeling springs popping underneath the area where my back rests. It has progressed to the point that I can now feel what appears to be a spring poking into my back. I contacted Saatva today expecting the company to stand behind a mattress that has now experienced another apparent spring failure. Instead, I was told that under their warranty they would repair it for a $149 processing fee. But here is the part I find completely unacceptable: Saatva told me they would take my mattress away for approximately 10 days while it is repaired -- leaving me with NO mattress to sleep on. I explained that leaving a customer without a bed for 10 days is not a reasonable solution. I asked what I was supposed to sleep on while Saatva repaired its defective mattress. I was essentially told I had no other choice. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. I was assured that a supervisor would call me within 1-2 hours. I waited all day. No supervisor called. For a company selling premium mattresses and advertising a lifetime warranty, this is extraordinarily poor customer service. This is now the second Saatva mattress I've had with spring-related problems. I paid nearly $2,000 for the original mattress, another $668 when the first one failed, and now I'm being asked for another $149 while being told I should simply accept having my mattress removed for roughly 10 days. A warranty sounds impressive when you're shopping for a mattress. What matters is how the company treats you when you actually need to use it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Saatva. The repeated spring problems raise serious concerns for me about workmanship and durability, and the proposed warranty solution is unreasonable. A mattress company should understand that taking away someone's mattress without providing a replacement or reasonable accommodation means taking away the customer's bed. I am giving Saatva the opportunity to make this right. I expect the company to contact me, provide a reasonable warranty solution that does not leave me without a mattress, and stand behind the premium product it sold me. Until that happens, I would strongly encourage anyone considering a Saatva mattress to read the warranty carefully and ask exactly what happens if your mattress needs a repair several years after purchase. A "lifetime warranty" is only as good as the company standing behind it when something goes wrong.

I found this place on Yelp and although there's not a lot of review I decided to come here anyway. At first I couldn't find the place because the store name is different. This is a warehouse and there is a parking lot next to it. Once you walk in the owner will greet you and take you upstairs for the showroom. Since I couldn't find the place I called him and he came down to find me instead. The showroom is bigger than most places I've been to but the light is a bit dim so you might not see the true color of furnitures. I found this coffee table at the back of the room and it was lower than $100! Other places I've been to were trying to sell me $399 or $450 coffee tables which is outrageous! The cons to this coffee table is that there is one missing screw and the glass wasn't attached to the table. The guy told us that we can buy glue from Home Depot and we did. So it's a small diy project at home. I didn't mind because I didn't want to spend too much on a coffee table. We also bought a tv stand from them but I'll have to wait until end of July for delivery. It was under $300 and it's also free delivery. I spent $35 more for assembly at my place. Hopefully the tv stand is similar to the catalog!
