Since my daughter was young she felt that she didn't need to spend a lot of money since it's not going to be lifelong. We totally appreciated her honesty. The price of the mattress was reasonable too. I would definitely come back and request for Stephanie to help me again when needing to purchase mattresses. I was going to chalk this up as an oversight, but after getting the run around, I've decided to share my negative experience. AND.... I am not very happy with the $5k mattress on top of it. After a few months, it started to sink / droop on my side of the bed (I'm 185 lbs) and when I called the store to express my concern I was told to walk on the bed in the areas that are not sinking / drooping.
